    It's been so frustrating dealing with you guys. 2 of my camera are not working properly, I called numerous times and scheduled appointments, no one ever showed up or called.

    Bought them because they were on sale and I wanted something I can have on all day and look at so I had them come and install but they wouldn’t install because my hoMe was a 2 story had to return

    Although we asked several times if we had bought everything we needed and the employees kept insisting “Everything you need is in the box”. When the tech got there, after waiting 2 weeks for the soonest appointment, he advised that we were supposed to have an electrician extend outlets.

Camera systems are becoming increasingly popular, and although in many cases, the required parts to operate the device may be included, that does not mean every home is readily prepared for installation.
