This item has been good for helping me keep track of my weight following workouts. It uploads weight information directly into apps. The weight information also integrates with various iPhone apps such as MyFitnessPal.

I'm very impressed by the Withings Body+ smart scale after being hesitant of this type of product. Wi-Fi in a scale sounds like a gimmick, but this device really changed my thinking. The scale is unobstructive in any space, and it looks stylish (I purchased the black model). It's even a little lighter than it looks despite the glass top. I placed it on hard tile in my bathroom, but it comes with feet if you're placing it on carpet. The scale itself is only the beginning. The Withings Health Mate app is where it all comes together. I can't speak for Android's variant, but it's a well polished and responsive app on iOS. The setup process was straightforward and the app provides instructions for use alongside daily insights. You can link up Apple Health directly with the Withings app so all health data and history is in sync (Google Fit integration is also possible). This scale pairs very well with all my Apple Watch workouts and other health data like water intake and nutrition. My partner and I both use this scale, and it knows whose using it and which profile to sync. That feature plus the Health app integration made this product worth it for me. You're also able to choose what displays on the scale from daily steps, to BMI, muscle index, weather, and more, with data from the Withings app and Apple Health. I wasn't expecting that much customization from this device and I'm happy I was proven wrong. Overall, the scale's quality is premium. The only issue I've noticed is very slight "light bleed" on the scale display's lower screen, but I don't think it's a serious issue at this time considering that's cosmetic. Withings has a 2-year warranty for the scale so any problems like that are likely to be covered. This is a very well made and powerful health companion device. I can see it being a major competent of my fitness routine for years to come. 5/5

This is an excellent scale set at an excellent price point it comes with a app that will connect to your network and automatically transfer all data to your phone or whatever you have the application installed on

The scale itself is great. However the app is terrible. I should be able to select an option to know how much weight I lost (or gained) since the last time I used it. Making it obligatory to select week/month/year means I get amounts I dont want to. At least give me a choice so I can select from what day to what day. How can you miss something so obvious. Until they fix the app, I dont recommend this scale.

So far my Withings scale has been working well for me. There are a few little glitches I have not worked out yet. The information, and graphing on my app are great.

Good, accurate scale. I supports multiple users on a single account as well as multiple accounts which is a plus. Setup and use is very easy the app is straightforward to use and track progress.

I like all the stats it tracks and the app is easy to use and follow ur trend. I love the fact that it knows who steps on the scale. I set myself up and weighed in. My 16 yr stepped on and it weighed him as an unrecognized user. Once he was set up on the app it recognizes him. My 15 yr old and same thing. It now knows who each of us are when we step on and there's nothing more to do. In the app, the stats and info are geared towards me and not the other users. I'm not sure if that changes if they download the app themselves or not though... We haven't tried it yet. Overall, I'm pleased with it.

A very nice smart scale. If you want to track the general trend in your weight, body fat percentage and want an app that holds all of that information for you, this is a great scale to buy at a great price.

Works well but not sure how accurately it show certified data. I don’t trust BMI so my opinion is skewed

Easy to use, easy to stay up to date with. Love that it tracks my weight and works with other apps to help achieve my goal. It links to my Apple Watch so it keeps track of my daily steps and exercise. Love it.

I've been using this scale daily for the past month. PROS Gives more body composition details than my previous scale (Fitbit Aria). The positioning sensors and indicators ensure more accurate measurements. The application does a good job displaying the data and providing feedback based on overall tends. The app also includes general health information and guidance. The scale is well built and send like it will last a long time. It cost half as much as similar scales. I've had a Withings BP for years so now all my health data is consolidated into one place. CONS None so far however I'm noticing the app only seems to be giving positive feedback. It could be that my overall trend has been great. Or it could be that I'm just odd and would prefer the app have a drill sergeant mode if I go off track.

I’ve been using this for over a year and it’s been reliable and the withjngs app is great for visualizing trends and data. Would recommend.

It's a good smart scale that tracks weight very accurately and has other features that a simple scale won't track. However, the body fat % is not accurate. I fluctuate between 2% body fat every day according to this scale. I don't know if that is possible given the fact that the most I will gain in a day is 1 pound. But, it gives you a good idea of what your body fat % could be. Had it when I started my weight loss journey and loved seeing the progress in the smart app! Good scale if you want extra features that are somewhat right.

The scale measures the elements that are important to me easily and accurately. The Wi-Fi connection to my phone and my network allows me to check my status from either my phone or my computer.

I amusing this Withings scale to monitor my weight loss. Great tool! It shows me my weight, plus or minus, as my weight goes up or down. The neat part is that I can monitor everything from my iphone.

Easy to use…definitely the weight, bmi and bone mass is correct. I like that it automatically updates to my phone. I’ve had it for a little over a month.

Good scale. Takes a little time to program. Have had no issues. To me a little too accurate if you’re tracking and looking for progress. Maybe a little too honest during the holidays. Haha

Wasn't hard to program it so far so good the only negative thing I can say is when I checked my weight on the carpet compare to the floor it's two different weights

Easy to read. Takes a bit to get it set up and get the data sent correctly. What can I tell ya...I'm 68 and all I wanted was a scale. This gives me the weather, my body mass, how many steps I took, tracks all kinds of stuff with the app, but I'm still trying to figure out how to use the app effectively. But yes, I can see my weight, but don't put it on carpet, even flat carpet....it registers the weight off by 40 -50 pounds!
