Body Fat % Inconsistent

For example, the scale said that even though I weigh 0.4 lbs less today that yesterday, my fat percent increased 1.5%. At my weight, this would mean that I gained over 3 lbs of fat overnight! The values often jump around like this.

App Account Issues

By connecting your account Google Fit or Apple Health you can keep your steps, workouts, and measurements all in one place. I did have one issue adding my wife as a "family member" and it was related to resetting an email. Support was not helpful in getting that resolved and we were forced to use a completely different email than her primary for it to work.
