So when I decided to right-size my calorie count I got smaller plates for home and a Smarter Scale. This was easy to set up and is amazing. The details real help to understand that just counting calories will not establish the goal. This tells you muscle mass, water, fat and the temps for the day. If we had 6 starts to choose I would have.

Good scale with some issues.

I have a 2 other family members who use it and getting everyone onto the app was problematic. I did eventually sort it out. The body fat % estimates seem off - but thats par for the course with these things.

Not sure how accurate

The other measurements im not to sire about as the fluctuate day to day. I know weight can fluctuate but I skeptical when this says I gained 5 lbs of muscle in a couple days. At this point I look more at my body trends rather than the measurements it gives me.
