    I got this scale to replace a previous version of it purchased about 4 years ago. I liked the idea of the additional body composition measurements. However, the scale never took/ displayed the measurements. All it would tell me was my weight and hr. By the time I gave up on it, I was outside of the (very short) Best Buy return window. I spent about 2 weeks going back and forth with Withings customer service while they made me try everything that I had already tried to fix the scale (I did a Google search for solutions). Eventually they sent me a shipping label to return the scale and a code to get a replacement (free of charge/free shipping) from their website. Because I had to click through a link that led directly to a shopping cart with everything prepopulated, I'm not certain if I am receiving a new scale or a refurbished one. In the meantime I have been using my old scale that tells me my weight, body fat %, and hr just fine.
