Great scale for fitness fanatics

Easy to use. App is great. Classy and good looking scale. If all you want to know every day is your weight and you don't care to have it tracked on an app (probably 95% of people) then just get a cheap accurate scale instead. I love this one, but there's no magical "life changing" feeling. It's a scale.

Awesome Scale!

I was also not familiar with the brand. The Healthmate app has a built in coach that gives good advice and educates you on what all the measurements are for. My only complaint is the setup took at least 3 tries before I got it connected to wi-fi and my smartphone. A little frustrating. After I got it connected I was very satisfied with how it functions and the features.

However that’s common with EMS scales like this even high quality ones. I’d say give it take 3-5% on the BF accuracy. Otherwise it’s fantastic as integrates nicely with the Apple Health app. Would recommend!

Cons: app is not easy to use, and it’s display for information is not the best. Minor change in weight when I tried to weight myself twice 1 minute apart. App developers should also work to sync data with more other health apps such as Garmin, so you don’t need to use another app as a bridge to send this information.

I love the fact that it measures fat, muscle, and bone mass. There are times I hop on there and see the numbers go up, but then I see where it’s muscle that I’ve gained!
