It syncs with my Apple Watch and also with MyFitnessPal so I never need to record my weight manually. I do have reservations about the precision and accuracy. It seems to vary a bit. I can’t be gaining 4 pounds of muscle in just a couple of days! Other than that, I’m okay with it for what it is.

So when I decided to right-size my calorie count I got smaller plates for home and a Smarter Scale. This was easy to set up and is amazing. The details real help to understand that just counting calories will not establish the goal. This tells you muscle mass, water, fat and the temps for the day. If we had 6 starts to choose I would have.

Not sure how accurate

The other measurements im not to sire about as the fluctuate day to day. I know weight can fluctuate but I skeptical when this says I gained 5 lbs of muscle in a couple days. At this point I look more at my body trends rather than the measurements it gives me.
