It’s a great way to track your weight, as it automatically sends the information to your phone. Interface is a little clunky, but once it’s setup it’s pretty smooth. Tracking other info like fat % or BMI is questionable in terms of accuracy. Overall I give it a thumbs up.

This does what it says for the most part but I'm not sure how accurate the scale actually is. The number that it shows significantly changes if it is placed on different surfaces, even on hard surfaces. It has about a 5 lbs different when placed on hardwood vs tile. Even with the feet on, this is not something you can use on carpet as it is about 100lbs off. If you're using this to just keep track of progress, it works fine as long as you keep it in one place. One thing to note, this does not work with 5GHz WiFi. You can still use Bluetooth to sync your progress, but you no longer get things like weather on the scale itself. I also have found that syncing requires you to actually open the app for your progress to be saved.

I could never get this to connect to WiFi. I forced router to only use 2.4 and still no connect. Hot spot on phone failed to connect as well. I’m guessing faulty WiFi card in device. Unfortunately I put on a shelf and beyond returnable. Otherwise this would have been sent back.

Use this every day, love the connected features, app works great. Sometimes I wonder about the accuracy of body fat and muscle mass, since some days they can fluctuate by a couple pounds, but overall it's a great tool for anyone interested in fitness tracking. Also love the daily weather forecast.

Had this about a month now and have zero complaints and use it on a daily basis. Sycs seamlessly with phone (iphone). Set up was a bit confusing with additional people being added but not difficult to the point of knocking the star count. I would definitely purchase this again.

Has tons of features that are so useful! Does not do well with multiple users, had the whole family add profile and it stopped syncing with my phone, exchanged it and haven't had a problem since.

I was happy to find a smart scale that would look nice in my home — the sleek design and white finish of Withings Body+ seemed perfect. I tried placing it on carpet (with attachments provided) and it gave me a reading 15lbs less than the scale at the doctor. So I took it to hard flooring and the weight was 10lbs more. Figured it was more accurate on hard floor and kept it there. Even though I downloaded the app I was not getting any stats besides weight — no bone/fat/water readings — which is the entire point of having the smart scale! Then I tried one more thing, removing the carpet feet attachments. Weighed myself and got weight reading. Tried again 5 mins later and finally got % readings but the weight changed by 2 lbs. Tried again few mins later and weight changed again and % readings were gone. The fact that my weight is reading 3 different numbers within 15 minutes is enough to be done with this scale, but having no % readings makes it useless for me. Probably received a defective device and I’m sure if it gave consistent data I would love this scale — it’s minimal and pretty. Even the packaging is beautiful! The Health Mate app is easy enough but doesn’t match the aesthetic of the scale. I can’t comment on how useful the app is because I didn’t get much info from scale, and the only chart I had was for weight.

Easy to use and material is good quality. Only giving it 4 because I bought it new but in the history shows that is coming from June and I bought it in August. I might have gotten an open box instead of a new one

This is a great scale but it took forever to figure out that we had a newer dual band router. This unit will not connect to 5ghz. We made it only broadcast 2.4ghz and all is good but I need to find a work-a-round so all our other devices can make use if this expensive router.

Overall it works pretty well, but I don't think it's worth the price. The display is tiny, and in fairness most scales aren't exactly accurate with the BMI, water weight, etc.

Great scale. Body date accuracy is pretty close but nothing perfect, and sometimes does fluctuate a little too much. Great for obtaining an accurate body weight and keeping track of your weight with other apps using health app with Apple.

This scale is fantastic. The data details it provides keeps me on track with my fitness goals. I recommend this product to everyone beginning their fitness journey as well as athletes who are committed to staying competitive in their sport.

I really like the scale, the app and the information it provides. I would normally give this scale a much higher rating. But I am giving it a lower rating because it does not work well with multiple users. My partner is in IT and is very tech savvy. But even he can't figure out how to get it to work well with multiple users. Very frustrating. As such, I would only recommend this to a house where there is just one user.

The scale is great. But getting it connected to WiFi is a nightmare. Took over an hour of messing with network settings but did finally manage to get it connected.

Love this scale. I’ve had a Fitbit scale for the last 10 years and it was time to upgrade. This was well worth it. The break out of the detailed data is the best part and it was designed to sync with IOS health app

Good smart scale. It provides consistent weight measurements. No way to tell if the other metrics like BMI are accurate. Does the job at telling you if your gaining or loosing weight... does your absolute weight really matter!!!!

I absolutely love this scale. I love all the different things that are measured. It makes you feel better when you stand on the scale and maybe it moves in the opposite direction, but you can see that you gained more muscle mass or are carrying more water weight. I also got it to connect to my Lose it app which works great.

Good scale that has nice features. So far so good.
