Nice scale and good price but setting up can be improved

The idea of having your scale send data to your smart device on a regular basis and have the smart device put this in nice graphs, is great. However, I have issues with this device; First is adding multiple users. In my experience, impossible. Tried everything and didn't work. Only works if I add them to my smart device, they can't do it on their own. Second, the accuracy of this thing; One night I'll weigh myself in and be at a certain muscle weight. The next day, that weight will be five pounds less. This continuously flip flops every day, on all measurements. I have another scale and weighed myself on it, and is 1+pounds higher. The device has helped me push myself to lose weight, but what it is reporting is obviously not accurate.

Saw this sold at the Apple Store, so you know it's good enough that Apple would carry it.
