It works, but slips on bathroom tile, so dangerous

While it does most of what you expect a smart scale to do, they couldn't be bothered to put rubber on the feet, so it slides around and is dangerous to use. If you put it on a rug, you get a lower weight (false reading). Also, the transfer of data from the scale to your app takes a few minutes, unlike my cheaper smart scale in which the data transfer is instant (the app for the cheaper scale even makes a bell sound so you know when the data is received). I would suggest getting one of the cheaper smart scales instead of this one.

Breaks within a year and horrible support

This scale stopped working within a year and ate batteries like crazy. Literally was having to replace them every 2 weeks. The mfg customer support was awful and after I followed all their steps all they offered was a discount on a future purchase (they require multiple proofs of purchase so if you make the mistake and buy this keep the receipt handy you’ll need it soon enough). Do yourself a favor and don’t get this. ANY other brand is better.

However we were very dissapointed with the functionality of the app and inability to have 2 fully functioning profiles for one device.
