This is just ok. You have to stand just right to get the same reading twice

Really didnt like this scale. It slipped in my bare floor in my bathroom.

Worst scale on the market. Don’t waste your money. The scale is completely inaccurate. If used on carpet even with or without using the “carpet footing” on the bottom of the scale it gives about 40 pounds off the actual weight, on hard wood it is always 2-4 pounds off, never letting you hold a steady weight or help track weight loss which is primarily why I bought it. One minute it will say something then the next it will be 8 pound difference. Besides the inaccuracy the company offers a money back guarantee but fails to mention you have to pay for the shipping to go all the way back to France on top of that you have to pay a restocking fee so in total you’re spending more than half of its worth just to send it back to the company with so much hassle. Do not get this scale it’s a complete waste of money.

Nice build quality but it is very inaccurate and wouldn’t buy again.

Good scale. It does the job but for some reason it stopped connecting with the app.

I don't think this is very accurate. The fat percent kleeps fluctuating too often

I am not sure if I have a defective unit. I really want to like it but it's so inaccurate. My weight was jumping between 170 to 165. I even weight less after dinner. Not sure how that happened. The app has lots of bugs. I only sometimes can connect to it with the app. As a network engineer, this is pretty tough. I will try some other brands.

I am around 150lbs. Body fat percentage keep varying by 2% every other day.

If you need support............good luck. Only option is email support and I have been working with them for over a week and all I get are simple canned responses and no resolution to my simple issue. There is no phone support available. The online help "bot" is absolutely useless.

Wasn’t sure how this scale worked. My sis who has the same brand at home wanted to try this scale when she came over. Her body fat % on hers at home vs mine was totally off 25% vs 12%. Thought about returning it but by the time I got frustrated with it, it was pass the return period. Sucks

This thing is horrible. I know weight shifts throughout the day due to water consumption but my wife and I get different readings by almost 4lbs within seconds of stepping on and stepping off. There have been multiple times where I go to bed at 170 and then in the morning before eating im 175. The scale is all over the place Also the smart functions pretty much never work. If ive stepped on this 200 times ive only gotten my body fat measured 3 times total. It takes forever to get a stable reading and then it shows my feet aren't properly aligned to get all the smart readings. Avoid this scale

I've used this now for a month and I wish I had taken it back when I first saw how wild it was in its readings. I usually have to give it a go 3-5 times and see readings that vary as much as 5 lbs but usually its about 3 lb variations all the time. And then there is the body/muscle/water/bone index. For example it says I put on 25 lbs of muscle in less than 20 days- with almost no weight lifting??? Seriously don't bother. The only cool about this is the app and a bunch others have apps that will sync with your respective health trackers. Super bummed about this item, hope you don't have to be too.

Many of the features beyond the scale are inaccurate.

I expected more for the price only bc it’s not accurate.

Weight seems accurate. The body muscle % bounces around approx 10% from day to day. That fluctuation is too large to be real - makes it hard to track initial efforts.

I do preferred Fitbit, however Fitbit doesn’t work with Apple Watch

very inconsistent results, i have been measuring for >3 weeks now every day same time without any cloths, on empty stomach and huge difference in measurements everyday. body fat ranges from 17 to 19 percent, which leaves you perplexed about your progress. weight also changes every day and not by just 0.1 lb but by 2-3lb. and yes i have gone through all the troubleshooting forums and still nothing. wish i had kept the box to return. huge .... HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT.

Scale did not meet my standards. Testing it out and weigh-in outputs varied greatly within minutes of each other; therefore, an unrealiable and worthless scale. It couldn’t recognize whether it was me or my spouse standing on the scale, as advertised. Also, no rubber footing on base of scale so when placed on bathroom tile floor the scale will slide when stepped on. Returning product.

quit working after a year, could not get it to reconnect to the internet. tried changing user name. Was very hard to add another user. Finally bought a Withings scale. Would probably be ok for a single person.
