Expensive and super glitchy. Can’t ever see how much I weigh or anything else. Not worth the money at all. Had one from target for about 25$ and was 1000xs better.

I had high hopes for this item, but am returning it. It takes up to 5 minutes to start up and connect to the app (and I have super fast Internet at home). It sometimes says that the device has not been set up. The scale does not always connect properly to the Health app that tracks your progress. Weight reading is not always accurate - weight fluctuates 3-5 lbs from the correct reading (compared with doctor's scale in the house that is accurate - sometimes reading matches and sometimes it is 3-5 lbs. off.

It wouldn’t connect to the internet. Not accurate and it barely updates to the health app like advertised. Maybe I got a bad one but would invest the money. Quality control obviously isn’t the most important with this company. I would look elsewhere. Read forums of other people having issues with connections. Go with other products but please do your homework. Spending this much on a scale you should get the best.

Constantly gives me the *incorrect weight* the first two times I step on it. I have to get on it about 3 to 4 times before it starts consistently spitting out the right weight.

Probably can only review on set up. Was unable to download app to work with the scale. I returned the scale.

OK... I get we have a pandemic but this company literally has NO customer service... or none to speak of. The weight is 30+ pounds off. (and in a good way, so I am not just whining). I have yet to be able to get all the other features to work, such as body mass, etc. I keep waiting for them to find a resolution.... when I really should return it. Thought I did my homework on this one but it has been a huge disappointment.

Cross app tracking makes this thing creepy as hell. I loaded this app on my iPhone and the next time I opened Facebook it had some sort of health guideline thing pop up about my weight (no it wasn't an ad, but now they know my biometric data.... great).

Where do I begin? The app (health mate) freezes, the scale doesn't sync to the app, had to reset it. The support website doesn't help at all. Spent 2 hours trying to work with this. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hard reset the scale, checked for app and phone updates (none) and I work in IT tech support. THE SCALE IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE APP, remember that, and so far the scale not impressive. Please check out other scales such as the Omron Scales. They provide accurate bodyfat readings.

Could not get it to recognize any of my WiFi networks the first 3-4 times I tried. Once I got it to connect to my WiFi it wouldn’t measure anything but my weight (no body fat, water etc.). Per the forums this is a common problem, and a few people said it was an issue with the WiFi connection. Finally I set it up as a strictly Bluetooth scale hoping that would fix the issue, but it did not. I would, under no circumstances, recommend this scale to anyone.

If you step on the scale consecutively, the weight changes every time, along with bone, water and BMI.

AWFUL! This has got to be the most inconsistent scale I've ever used. 2,500+ calories a day and it says I'm LOSING weight. Four pounds lost in a night? That's impossible. Not even the basic scale function is consistant. My weight trends look like a seismograph readout. I'm trying desparately to put on pounds, but this give me zero indication if all the time, effort, and money is even doing anything.

Unfortunately it did not work for me, gave me different weight readings within minutes of each weight session, simply not consistent/accurate.

It was good when it worked, but after a year it's done. I moved house and needed it to connect to the new WI-FI, had to reset it and now it just says Setup Fail and it's stuck. Welp, the trash you go and out the money. Stick with a "dumb" scale, sometimes the classics are where it's at.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCALE IF YOU WANT BODY FAT %... i wish i knew this when i bought it. it gives you total body fat mass not percentage. Then you have to google how to calculate body fat % from total body mass and you find multiple websites that give you different formulas. I am just now figuring it out, a month after i bought it.

The app is non functional at all. it costs too much for the app that barely works

Tells you your weight just fine but doesn’t save to the app. Extremely annoying and difficult to setup. Everything on the internet said it was a great WIFI scale but it can’t connect to anything higher than 2g?!?!? And even when I tried to connect to Bluetooth I have to start the entire process over from the beginning to try and get it to connect and load the info into the app. I’m sending her back.

it varies even within 1 to 2 minutes of getting on it. not by much but within a pound ! it should be accurate and the same if you get on it 2 or 3 times in a minute.

Not sure this scale makes accurate measures. It is unstable and really hard to use. It took a while to get it connected with app and a pain to include another person. Now , when I step on , it takes a while to stabilize and get the body composition, which I really don't know it is correct.

Looks like can be used by one person only, im disappointed with this item, i recomend try different option

I bought this because of the great reviews. Maybe I was just unlucky in which mine was defective and couldn’t tell me my weight. It couldn’t tell me any information on the other features as well. Every time I stepped on the scale it changed weight between 5-10 pounds within the same 5 minutes. It was inaccurate for me in every way.
