It was great, until the screen stopped working 10 months later.

I returned this mainly because it was more complicated than I needed. I needed a more streamlined Bluetooth scale.

Not sure how it measures body fat but it shows almost same as BMI and 9% more than my actual BF. Product no good. Also the 4 pad the scale stands on are hard plastic. Back design when it is on tile floor, it slips around when stepping on. My other brand scale has rubber pad so it’s non slip no skid

This is not an easy device to connect with. I'm a very tech savvy person, and it took me a while - and a lot of patience - to wait for the app to install, after going in and out of it many times. We also could not get the app to install for anyone else in the household but myself. Truly poor app design.

The Withings scale is dependent on being able to setup the app & other capabilities within the scale. Well, guess what? Withings is out of business. There’s no website & no link for the app. To pay $79 for something that only weighs you, seemed frivolous. So, I returned it for credit. Now I have to figure out how long the credit is good for.

Not for Me! The scale is expensive and outdated!!!

This product is awful, I couldn’t make it sync with my iPhone 11 pro (shows errors all the time). The app is annoying and the customer service useless. Also it didn’t work at all in the carpet even with those “carpet legs”. It gives you your weight only, didn’t give me my body composition, fat, water etc. not so sure if my product was defective, but I returned it ASP. Do not waist your money.

Had very high hopes for this scale. However, I was let down immensely. It takes no consideration of upper body or lower body muscle mass. I have a very high percent of lean body mass and a sub 10% body fat & the scale reads me as 167lbs of muscle and 55lbs of fat mess, also my BMI is 30.4 according to this scale which has me in the obese category.

I think this scale works fine for weight but the bf% is way off

The scale was not calculating body fat and the app is not user friendly with sync issues. Will be going with a different scale.

I thought it was going to be a great scale allowing me to capture data onto my iPhone. I always am having issues with losing Bluetooth connectivity. Sadly I am having to return it because who wants to every time you want to use it you have to reconnect it to your iPhone.

I bought this scale after seeing all the great reviews, but wow, what a lemon! Literally stopped syncing to the app after 2 days, and no amount of uninstalling/reinstalling, turning off/on again would get it to budge. The slippery feet are also such a safety hazard. I would hate for an elderly person to try it and break a hip!

Step on and off this scale 5 times and you’ll get 5 different results significantly different from each other. I would expect a little deviation of maybe a pound or less each time, but this thing was deviating by as much as 5 to 6 pounds. Would not recommend

The scale is OK, but the app (by which it becomes a smart scale) is so poorly designed that I will be returning this a mere 2 days after purchase. Impossible to update any information within your profile and getting the scale to sync is a headache.

Awful, just awful. The scale is not accurate and I can’t get it to load my profile at all. It does have two profiles for my son, however. How useful! I’ve seen 7lb swings in weight in a day with this. One day I’m 185, the next I’m 192, and then back to 185 on day 3. Waste of a $100.

This scale hasn’t worked for me so far. It will not read my weight. The numbers just jump around randomly. It won’t connect to wi-Fi (even with a strong signal). The app never can install due to the scale’s inability to connect to WiFi. I am not happy with this purchase and will be requesting my money back.

This scale is very inaccurate. In the same setting, it will show me a 10lb difference. It has done thus multiple times. This is unfortunate for a scale that we pay so much for. Better to pay for a cheaper scale that shows accuracy.

The phone app doesn't work. This defeats the purpose of buying a biometric scale. All it does, without the phone app, is weigh me. I could have purchased a simple scale, for way less money!!!! The app is also impossible to contact for help, so, I was never able to resolve the issue.
