Complete waste of money - more fragile than the china in my dining room. Best Buy nor Withings seemed to care.

Suddenly stopped working

But all of a sudden it stopped working, now it only measures the weight but other features doesn’t work. There is no customer support to fix this.

A regular scale will do and so many tracking weight apps that are free. Nos sure why I spent this much money on it. Quality seems cheap

Broken product with no fix

After a month it stopped connecting to wifi and will not reconnect. WITHINGS support page has hundreds of comments with the same issue going back 2 years and no resolution.
