It's a good scale. Ive had it for about a month. Seems like it doesn't sync with the app for awhile. Ever since I got it, it says I'm either gaining fat or losing muscle after I just started going to the gym. :(

Great Scale, accurate and provides alot of information. The app syncs easily with my Apple health app. Some might say its overpriced, but I like the fact that its WiFi and syncs to my apps and provides me with quality information about my daily weigh ins. $ = Quality.

This is hands down the most useful helpful things I have ever bought Best Buy did great on delivery and helping me pick one. This is a fantastic buy and if your a Noomer it is very helpful

Works great as an accountability buddy to keep you on the path. Did have some recent issues reconnecting as it is not finding the WiFi network.

Scale is good and I like that it connects to the app but I can rarely get it to “recognize” me or perform the additional functions

We had a Fitbit scale for about a year and had some issues with it over the year with syncing. Since we have other Nokia (Withings) gear, we decided to give this a try after reading some reviews. Easy enough to setup and it integrated with our iPhones using the Nokia Health Mate app. I am not sure why some reviews savage the Nokia app. It is working for me and my wife without issue. The scale is very easy to setup and syncing works without issue. Not sure on the actual battery usage and longevity, but we hope it is good.

I love this scale and the app. I use it once a week and it does what it should. Not only I got a great scale but the app as well. It counts your steps and it blends with everything. I kept on going so I can see the results every time.

The body composition portion of the scale is extremely inaccurate. It tells me I have 30% body fat. As a professional bodybuilder (with solid 6-pack abs), I am far from 30% bf. I average about 18% with dropping to around 12-15% at show time. I will be returning this scale and looking into something more accurate

This unit works as advertised. Thought there was a syncing issue but it was user error

I would never have thought there would be body scales that are smart and working with wifi. cool product!

The product worked great for a year and on its 13th month, it started eating batteries. I reached out to customer service and they basically asked me to perform factory reset and clean battery contacts which I did and failed to fix the issue. I was told that since my product is out of warranty and they suspect that there must be hardware issue they wouldn't be able to fix it. They don't have any service centers. They simply wanted me to purchase a new scale. Why would anyone purchase a scale which conveniently fails just after its warranty gets over? After their denial to fix the product, I opened up the scale and found no corrosion of any sort on PCB and it merely looks like a component failure. If the scale was built using branded component, it would not fail in such a short amount of time. Opening up scale made me realize that these people wants to charge 100$ for brand name of Nokia but don't really care for quality that should come from the brand. I highly discourage anyone from buying this cheap product on higher price.

Terrible customer service. Bought a new one on Amazon. Mine would not pair for some reason and after two days I still have no support. I am returning it.

Great tracking of weight, activities. Combines with apple health, Strava. Wireless.

This scale became a regular scale when i switched the wifi network. The reset functions do not work. Dont buy if you ever plan on moving.

I am not able to setup my scale to my phone no matter what i do it keeps saying Setup Failed… And customer service is outrageous

The app is not user friendly and doesn’t work. This is supposed to be a smart scale and the app is not helpful at all!
