Great scale. But you will spend more time than it's worth trying to get it to connect. Withings support non-existant.

Very disappointed to find out this expensive scale was off in body fat % by a whopping 5%!!! After using it for about 2 weeks I had an in-body scan done and saw that the body fat was no where near accurate however water and weight were accurate. Muscle mass was off by 13lbs. Returned.

It’s nice that it tracks your weight to your account, but for whatever reason, the app is asking for a PIN that I never ever setup, rendering it useless. There no way to set it, no option to disable it, and no way to reset it, so I’m locked out of the app forever. I’m forced to only use the website which is stupid. Their customer service hasn’t responded to me for DAYS regarding this dumb issue. Better off getting a different brand scale with a better and more reliable app.

I’ve had this scale for about 2 years and it suddenly stopped working. Used it yesterday and today I can’t even wake it up. Paid too much for a scale that just stops working.

Absolute junk. If you have hours to spend every time you leave the house with your phone to get this piece of junk to pair up again the next time you want to use it, then this is a scale for you. ‘Customer support’ is a joke. Don’t waste your money on a Withings scale unless you have more money than brains.

I put the feet on for using on carpet, but still is inaccurate on the carpet. The weight is off by 50 POUNDS!!! Talk about getting to your ideal weight quickly. Move it around the room, and you can get to your goal in Minutes!! (Piece of useless Nokia Junk.) They can't make phones anymore, why did I think they could make a weight scale that actually works???

This was my second one. Neither one of them lasted more than two months before shattering in a million pieces. Great scale if you're beilling to risk bloody feet and shards of glass all over your floor.

DO.NOT.BUY. the WITHINGS BODY SCALE. Im a reasonably smart person but after 24+ hours of trying, I still cannot make the scale switch from stones (British) to US pounds. Ive asked how numerous times and either the instructions don't work or I can't find instructions.

Does not sync data consistently. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app sometimes work. When it is working the phone must be near the scale. I do not want or remember to bring my phone into the bathroom every time I want to weight myself.

Please don’t buy this scale. It is inaccurate, it gives a different weight every when you stand on it multiple times.

Only three months, it shows bone weight is down to 6 ponds, and fat ratio is down to 6. It is totally wrong. No customer service phone number you can call.

Went from lbs to kgs for no reason, Other times gave a weird split screen. When taken to a different location I had to reset Bluetooth.
