I found this scale somewhat difficult to set up. I also found that it was only compatible with other Withings products to get the full advantage of the "Complete Body Analysis" of this Smart Wi-Fi scale. Nice idea, but most users have other devices that should be able to connect to make this scale really function as advertised. I returned it to Best Buy.

I love this scale. So easy to set up and provides a wealth of information about your body. The App is easy to use and is loaded with health info. I'm so glad i bought this one.

Pretty good, wish i would have went with the body scanning one

It seems to work best if it is cleaned, or brushed off, with a damp cloth. This does help with conductivity. It takes a few seconds to take the readings and if my balance is off then that throws off the reading.

Very accurate very modern. Very sleek not heavy nice color.

Measures weight and breaks down muscle vs fat %. Measure heart rate and other stats. Nice that it can connect to the app so you can see changes over time. It sometimes gets confused between users if their weights are similar

It is a really nice product with only a few issues gettings some of the measurements sometimes. That being said, I cannot get it to sync with the app. The data is being stored locally. I have done everything in the FAQ section related to sync issues and I have email customer support, but no one will respond. When I look around it seems like this is a very common problem with the newer scales. We replaced our Body+ with this and we had no issues with that scale.

Love this product it gives me the information I need and loads right up to app. It is pushed to my Apple Health app so I have the info I need in one spot. Great product!

Great scale to keep track of your body and heart heslth

Great scale to auto log weight and other metrics. Uses wifi to update the information to the withings app and that app uploads the data to the health app on iPhone.

Very good product. Pairs well with my whoop app to track my bmi and other weight and fitness goals.

Upgraded my scale from an Arboleaf scale. Considerably larger than the old scale and while I will be keeping the scale, if I had known how big it was I might not have made the purchase and looked for something smaller. Scale experience has been good so far and the data shares easily to Cronometer (where I export all my data). I initially thought the temperature and air quality numbers provided at the end would be of no interest, but turned out to be a very nice addition that I pay attention to.

AS an older person with heath issues this is a DAILY HEATTH METER. I am now saving to buy the latest model. It does much more then weight, it calculates BMI and vascular Age. and more information.

Great scale we use it every day to track many stats. Would love if the display was a little larger.

Overall happy with it. It disconnects from WiFi often. I use it on athlete mode (for lower percentages) and the body fat percentage is within 2% of my actual body fat (tested with a dexa scan). It’s always over estimating my fat.

Great scale, love the info that it provides. Only downside, and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is that I would like it to interface with more health apps like Fitbit and Strava. There is some data exchange with Strava through the Health Connect app, but not quite fully functional yet.

Love this scale. Pretty nice upgrade from the Body+ that I had previously. A lot of new measurements.
