Aside from that it really helps me to get a better understanding of my health trends and keeps me more focused on being health concious in terms of my personal goals.

Not recommended - not worth the money

I had a DEXA scan done and this scale wasn't even close. The app kept losing its connection to my wifi. Customer service ranges from horrible to non-existent. I returned it for a refund. That's the good part - Best Buy is good about refunding your money as long as you're within the two-week window. And it did look pretty on the bathroom floor and gives a weather report.
