Great scale, easy to set up and works like a charm

A great scale that has a bunch of information when connected to the app. It was easy to connect your phone.

Scale is very reliable. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t always update my weight through the app. But I think it may be user error and haven’t had time to sit and figure it out. I do still use this scale every morning and it does a great job.

I bought this Health Scale to replace a scale that was over 4 years old thinking it offered more features. Was I ever wrong. It only had about 1/4 of the available feature readouts as my 4 year old scale. Also it was a pain to get setup. I am returning it to get my money back as it is an over priced item.

What could better than being encouraged to weight yourself every day simply because the technology is so cool and fun. Ok there are other reasons as well but let’s be honest.

Scale works great when it works. Instructions were minimal so I thought that it must be user intuitive. Well, I was wrong. I set it up successfully for me but am unable to get my husband set up. With no manual or support I’m feeling my way through the process. I deleted his account to start over only to learn that I have to wait seven days before his account is actually deleted. I understand there are better and less expensive scales available. Do your research.

Love this. Had the previous version. Best Buy had it ready to go as purchased. Wished the SLC store would open a little sooner. Con- the new app makes user go to email for a new pin everytime to open.

It quickly tells you your weight and fat and muscle. I cannot get the heart rate monitor to work it just turns off, but I do like that it has multiple features, it’s just not user friendly.

It's everything I wanted with a scale and it tells me the weather which is kind of awesome.

Works as a scale, but don’t expect much else. The body comp readings are wildly inconsistent and as of a week ago it has just read “inconclusive” on every reading. Body comp might be useful to track as a long term trend IF it still worked, but a recent firmware update seems to have crippled its capability to even make a guess at body comp. To give you an idea of how much it varies in even back to back readings it was +- 4% fat/muscle between readings. It’s not like I expected pinpoint accuracy, but given that it has stopped working altogether sends this from an otherwise 4 star rating to a 2 star rating.

This was just what I needed to monitor my weight loss journey! It works great! No bugs yet.

I researched many scales on line and found that this scale was the best looking with the best features at the best price. Very happy I purchased it from Best Buy.

I had the old withing scale and it lasted about 10 years! I expect the same out of this one!
