Poor customer service

Posting here as I wish someone would have warned me prior to purchase: When your scale malfunctions (and that's when, not if), customer service has no interest in helping you to resolve the problem and will instead suggest that you purchase a new scale.

False Claims, Bad Support

I worked once or twice and then quit. Worked with their support department. The only support offered was "integration is coming, just wait". Got tried of waiting. Exchanged for Garmin scale.
