I love the scale but the blood pressure cuff kit so much. It’s very hard for me to get it positioned on my arm correctly therefore it doesn’t always pump up.

Sleek unit, easy to pair with phone and app - but... Unfortunately it is awkward to put this on - trying to hold it in the correct position and reaching across to tighten up the Velcro cuff. Worst of all the readings are consistently 10-20 points higher than direct comparison with my doctor office and the kiosk at at the local pharmacy. No amount of repositioning, tightening, or loosening would get it close to the correct reading. Reading posts on Withings forum showed many other people with the same problem of high readings. Unfortunately I waited to long and the very short return window closed - so this unit will likely end up in the recycle bin. Very disappointed!

Great service, product met and exceeded expectations

The readings are not accurate. I didn’t realize they weren’t accurate until i went out of town and use my friend BP monitor which is not withings . The readings came back lower so i went out and buy another BP monitor not Withings and the came back just as I suspected lower . Their customer service is horrible don’t even waste your time .

This is the second unit that I have had. The first lasted two years and the latest one lasted 15 months. Not satisfied with the durability. Going with the real BP maker machine-OMRON next

This is the third model of the Withings BP monitor I have owned. Still wonky - sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Not as intuitive as the last model. Still haven't figured out why the readings don't show on the app. I was expecting much better with this third gen product. Best part is it's size, though tightening the touch requires some dexterity.

Works great with or with out the Withings app. Very quick.

With blue tooth and health mate app no work at all.

It does what it is supposed to do no complaints at all.

I gifted this to my parents for the holidays. It was a shame when they called me to tell me that it would not charge. I thought "well, operator error" and tried it for myself, but they were right. I returned and opted for another brand at this point. I think the wonderful thing about the Withings unit is its ultra portability, but unfortunately the opportunity has passed. I think what's more wonderful is that Best Buy understood the concern and gladly took it back.

Would have been great if it can take multiple readings more than 3 or flexible adjustments to take readings automatically in periodic intervals

Wish I had read up before buying this. Haven’t gotten an accurate reading yet. Search for other reviews, the majority are very bad. Best Buy should have a longer return period for products that have bad reviews or they shouldn’t sell them.

Easy to set up. But, did not get accurate readings. The readings were higher than what was recorded in doctor's office.
