Does not accurately read
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want a device that incorrectly reads your BP by at least 20-30 this is your device. I don’t know how this is still on shelves when it is not accurate at all.

Pacemaker and defibrillator Don't use....
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a couple of days after purchase I was reading on Withings web site and noticed that if you have a pass maker or defibrillator not to use this product. Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Consistently reading roughly 10-15 points higher than the “dumb” one. Only found out after my doctor told me to bring it in to calibrate it against theirs.

Slim, smart, portable and reliable!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Withings BPM Connect is the first blood pressure cuff I’ve owned and I’ve found it to be very easy to learn to use and convenient to have around. It was extremely easy to set up and connect to the app using a Wifi or Bluetooth connection. The app gives you on screen, step by step instructions and tips for reading your blood pressure which was really nice because I honestly wasn’t sure what the proper steps are. Once you have a profile set up all future readings will be saved to the app where you can keep an eye on your blood pressure and heart rate readings history. I’ve never had diagnosed blood pressure issues in the past but have in recent years felt like my blood pressure was spiking from time to time. I’ve been concerned that it’s running high daily but haven't had the time or ability to check it. Now that I have the Wightings BPM Connect, I’ve been carrying it around in my bag with me for the past couple weeks and have been able to check my blood pressure daily. I’ve found that my blood pressure is running high and made an appointment to see my doctor next week. I like that I’ll be able to show my doctor the readings I’ve been taking with the cuff using the Health Mate app, it should really help them to diagnose any problems I may be having. I love the slim design of the control unit on the cuff, the cuff is very lightweight and portable. I don’t notice the extra weight in my backpack at all and having it available for if and/or when I need it is nice. I’ve shown it off to a few friends and taken their blood pressure for them, everyone really loves it and immediately asks where I got it and how much it costs, lol. The battery seems to last a long time and is rechargeable via Micro-USB. It comes with a 2 ft. USB charging cable, but no charging block, however any USB charging block should work. I’m extremely happy with the Withings BPM Connect and consider it an important investment in my health. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to keep a better eye on their health or the health of their loved ones.

Rip-off, avoid
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Readings are 30 points off. Useless garbage. Return period isn't enough time to figure out how broken it is. Rip-off. Feels like a nice package, though! If only it worked.

Waste of money
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I found this item completely useless. It is impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi. If I had not had surgery which delayed my returning the item but the time ran out on me. It is called Smart Blood Pressure Monitor, I would call it dumb blood pressure monitor.

Wildly inaccurate
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I highly recommend you not purchase these and consider a different brand. Got one good reading on myself. Inconsistent and inaccurate measurements every other time.

Does not measure
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not one accurate reading! Off by significantly high percentage, consistently! Use an old school Manual BP Kit! Took it to my Primary Care Physician; He used it... measured wrong as well!

CABK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not understand that this would only work with a smart phone. I am unable to use it. The product should be better explained. The time frame to return was not very long.

Another useful Withings Product
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is so much better than the 10 year old blood pressure monitor I've been using. It's small, about the size of an elongated soda can but longer so perfect if you want to travel. As with the other Withings products I own (scale, sleep tracker) the best part about this product is it allows you to do the minimum amount of work possible to keep on top of your health. Just simply place it on your arm, relax, and push the button. After a minute or so your results can be seen in the Health Mate app or for Apple users can also be seen in Apple Health app. It's then right there to show it to your doctor the next time you have "white coat syndrome" There's honestly nothing negative about this device. It just works. I was also pleased to learn it supports multiple users so I only need the one for both me and the wife. Pros: Easy to use Can sync with up to 8 users Compact USB Charging Syncs with Apple Health Long battery life Cons - Nothing!

Do not trust - expensive garbage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor accuracy - not reliable - getting readings 20-40 too high- cuff must be VERY tight to get a close reading

Fast & Accurate Blood Pressure Monitor
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Withings BPM Connect automatic blood pressure monitor comes boxed with a usb charging cable and an instruction manual. The manual simply directs you to get the app for your phone. After installation you simply power on the BPM Connect and then within the app you select the BPM from the list of devices. The app quickly detected the BPM and then you pair it with your phone. You’re next prompted to sign up for an account. Here you need to provide your name, sex, and birthdate, your height, and your weight. After connecting the BPM Connect to wifi and I was prompted that there was a device update. Upon completion the device restarted and setup was complete. This process was extremely simple using the very nice Withings app. The BPM Connect looks cool and has a quality feel to it. I do wish a carry case had been provided. I wanted to try it out so I slipped the cuff on my arm. You should have the tube part on the inner side of your arm and the BPM should be at heart level. With it powered on you just press the button again to start a blood pressure reading. The results appear on the device and are instantly synced with the app. The BPM also has a color light which indicates if your results are good with green or yellow or red for higher blood pressure readings. The app tracks and records your readings each time you use the BPM Connect. This is super convenient to share results with your doctor. In an effort to check the Withings BPM Connect accuracy I took it along to a recent doctor appointment. After having my blood pressure taken by the nurse with their fancy machine I took my own reading with the BPM Connect. While the reading wasn’t of course identical it was very close to the nurses. I was pleased to see that it is accurate. Very nice blood pressure monitor. Highly recommended.
