Blood pressure cuff works okay. The buggest problem is with the app that is available. It does a poor job of seperating multiple users information.

    Extremely Poor BP Heart Monitor

I purchased a blood pressure monitor from this company in June 23 as my prior one was over 7 year old and no longer functioning. The readings always seemed to be a bit high but not alarming. In Nov 23 I began getting extremely high reading which resulted in 3 dr visits and 2 visits to my cardiologist. Mid dec I had a reading so high that my dr recommended going directly to the ER which i did. I've taken the machine with me to several Dr appointments and took readings right after the Dr which were always 20 to30% higher than the Dr's. I began contact customer serviceDec 15 but you have to submit a request for an appointment on their site which I receive Jan 23 between 10 - 11am. I received a call at 7:48pm and told to look for email instructions. After following the instructions and reporting back they keep sending me instructions for diagnostics on their product. They refuse to accept the fact that their product is defective. This is the worst customer service i've ever experience on a product especially for one that can determine if you are having a heart attack or not.

Garbage data and died after short period of use.

Upon using this device, I found that the readings would vary wildly from one reading to the next, even when done one after another, causing me to question the results. My results always indicated high blood pressure, but readings on similar products by other manufacturers showed normal blood pressure, consistent with measurements at my doctors office, so this Withings device is not to be trusted to give accurate results. Then the device simply stopped working. It would not inflate at all and instead showed an error code 302. A google search for this situation showed that this is a pretty common occurrence and the only remedy is to return it to the manufacturer for a replacement. I contacted Withings through the support option on their website, but all I got was several days of runaround that finally ended with an offer of a discount coupon to use for future purchases. Stay away from this product. It is garbage and the company does NOT stand behind the product.

Nice technology, but not sure about accuracy?

I don't believe that the diastolic pressure is accurate. It is usually a certain amount higher than my old trusty manual cuff.

I replaced my old Withings BP monitor with this new one about 9 months ago and find my readings are now 15 to 40 points higher when compared to 4 other monitors including my doctor’s monitor.

Errors in less than a year

Had this expensive BP monitor for under a year. Started showing 201 and 301 errors. Ive taken over a hundred readings and starting happening all the sudden. I talked to Withings they had me take 2 pictures and 2 videos. Hoop after hoop. Buy an alternative.

    Not reliable

It looks fancy on the outside. I was not able to see my measurements on the Pixel phone. The devices were paired successfully but no data on the phone or website. Bluetooth and location were on. I took 6 consecutive measurements and got a 70% inconsistency of the readings with a max discrepancy of 15mmHg. I am going to return it.

Hard time setting it up and getting a consistent blood pressure. I don’t know whether this thing works or not. I’ve tried many different ways and it seems to give me a high variance questionable product

The device was provided to me via my insurance company; and, I have had nothing but problems with it since DAY 1!! Their customer service representatives have had me jumping though all sorts of hoops including but not limited to taking the device to my doctor's office and having them run comparative measurements. Those measurements should have been proof enough that this device wasn't providing accurate readings; but, then the company insisted that I take additional measurements and send them videos of my doing so.

    Wildly inaccurate

This thing is wildly inaccurate. There are a million threads on their website complaining about it being 10-20% higher than readings from their doctors. I own one and I can tell you the same.

I have brought it to 3 different doctor appointments and it has been way off from my doctor’s readings every time. My doctor is suggesting I purchase another brand.

    Dangerous Incorrectly HIGH readings

I have compared this device to my doctors office, and it's reading 20mm above the doctors device. This issue has been highly reported, but Withings has taken no steps to fix it. https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360033520994-BPM-Connect-Calibration?page=2#comments This is dangerous. DO NOT BUY!
