    Be Wise and Stay Away from Wyze

    I've used these cameras for about 2 years. They were ok for the price. A recent update killed all 3 of my Wyze v3 cameras, along with hundreds of other customers. Wyze is doing nothing about it and if you call support they will waste hours of your time walking you through resets, checking router settings, updating phone software, etc., pretending it's a mystery when they know exactly what the problem is. Wyze techs have admitted on their forums they were "working on it" a few days after it happened. That was in July and it still isn't fixed. The best they will do is offer a $5 coupon to make up for your frustration. I'm moving to a different brand now. Take my advice, it's not wise to go with Wyze.
