It is ok for protection. not raised enough to protect the glass face of the watch. Mainly protects the sides. if using during a workout, I would suggest the Spigen protector that is about the same price.

I bought this after I had to return the lunatik case and band combo due to poor functionality. It is very good. Good protection and doesn't make the screen protector peel on the corners. It also adds a little bit of bulk to the watch face which I like.

my son got the iwatch and after get get he wanted to protect it but this item and it works flawlessly. It does exactly what it says it will deal I would recommend this item to someone else.

Don't know how people are wearing these things to say they fall off all the time. Been wearing mine for 3 weeks straight and I am very active. I also work with my hands. I can't imagine what some of these peoples watches look like after knocking them so hard into stuff to knock the edge defense off. Overall nice change up for the watch and no it doesn't just randomly fall off the watch. I've had many people compliment my Apple Watch since putting this on.

Very easy to snap on! Adds a little piece of mind when causally bumping into something. Lightweight and you won't even know you have it on.

This product serves its purpose, I just didn't like how it took away from the sleek design of my Apple watch. I returned it due to this. It is a good product and protects the watch as it should.

Good quality for price. It protects the housing but does not protect the screen. So if you want to protect the screen get a screen protector also.

The case looks great and makes the watch look bigger. The one thing I wish is that the case was a little higher than face of watch, this would offer a much higher degree of protection.

X-Doria defense case is just as advertised. I had been noticing little scratches on the stainless steel of my 42 cm I watch. Saw this at Best Buy and had to have it. Totally guards against anything around the edges doing damage .

The case provides protection for the edges and button for the watch, and looks great. After wearing it for several weeks, it has held up well, with no visible scratches or wear.

I purchased this item to help protect my new Apple Watch. Unfortunately, I don't use it. The edges that contact the wrist are kind of annoying and sharp. Not sharp in a way that cuts you, but similar to the edge of the metal part on a seatbelt pressed against your skin at about a 30-degree angle. After an entire day of wearing the protector with your watch... that direct pressure kind of hurts. I didn't return it because I'm hopeful to think I'm going to wear it one of these days. Especially if I'm going to be doing something rugged like; moving, housework, horseback riding, camping, hiking, or fixing something. You know, tough things. But since I haven't had any reason to put the protector on my watch, I sadly realized that I'm not very tough. So now I have a hunk of aluminum sitting somewhere in a drawer wondering when it'll be utilized in the real world, for some actual "tough stuff." Though playing out this sad version of Apple-Watch-accessory Toy Story in my head... it doesn't seem very likely. I'm gonna have to look into the Best Buy return policy, I wonder if "being pathetic" is within their Terms and Conditions and will allow me to return it after the30 days they already graciously gave me.

I love this bumper... I bought it for myself and I absolutely love the color of it. It's durable construction is easy to apply yet super sturdy. Plus, it makes the watch look super cool with the red body and what not....

What's better then getting to change colors of my iWatch on Demand?! I started purchasing different colors for different event's. Keep my iWatch color coded with my attire! So easy to snap on, snap off in a snap!

The case works as long as you don't buy a screen shield. The screen shield that comes with it, as I've heard, works with it, however any other one like one by zagg as recommended by geek squad does not work and is too big and bubbles up. The only problem is the dial on the crown is a little difficult to maneuver once it's on because there is limited room around it. Good for protection, but not for usability.
