The first watch I got was a little defective, due to no fault of Best Buy and they were happy to quickly exchange it for a new one in store. It’s worked perfectly and does everything I’d like and then some.

We have now purchased two of these from Best Buy and both of them have fallen off the watch within 2 days and disappeared. It feels like it will stay on but it won't. I would give this NO stars if I could. Just like throwing 20 out the window.

I was putting my winter gloves on and the bumper fell off. Then I saw the shield was cracked and broken off. I did drop it a week or so ago, but it appeared to be fine and the watch was working great! After the bumper fell off, the watch didn't work properly! Too much money for this to happen!

It looked good on the plastic when I bought it but not against my brown skin. The watch cover came off my watch. Not even sure when but it’s gone with the wind. The one I bought on Amazon for cheap lasted longer , for two years at least.

My girlfriend really loves this piece. She bought it for watch she purchased a couple of years ago. So far it’s 5 stars.

I always have a protective cover on my Apple Watch to prevent damage. I now own two and it’s nice to be able to switch them out. This little protective cover is so easy to install on my watch. It’s a snap.

While esthetically pleasing, it was hard to keep on the device.

Great product initially, but the the covering keep popping off the watch. I only had the product for two weeks and it popped off and went missing. I would not buy this its too expensive for it to not stay on.

I really needed the bumper around my watch because I wear it all the time and it protects my watch from scratches. And it’s also makes my watch look really cute. Got a lot of compliments.

Its a girlfriend fashion thing as well as being protective.

Vety pretty case, but comes off easy. Keep an eye on it.

This is a great idea. However , it doesn’t “click “ onto the existing frame of the watch . Just kind of sits over it . Therefore if u bump it on anything or it gets caught in a sleeve it pops off. Already lost it

It’s a very nice looking product but it fell of my Apple Watch 3 time in different occasions until it fell off today without me knowing and now I’m left with no cover. So sad. Wish it was better fitted

I loved the look of this item, however I lost it the same day I placed it on my watch. It does not fit securely which is unfortunate. I was very disappointed. I felt like I fully threw my money away.

My daughter truly loved this gift! It fit her Apple Watch perfectly and it looks as if it was made that way. Gorgeous!

Fit great, definitely purchase one bc of the screen breaks on that Apple Watch you might as well throw it away

I loved it - loved the look but it came off and was lost almost immediately. I paid too much to only have it a couple of days. I wouldn't buy this again though I really did want a protective cover for my watch. :( An exact photo of what I bought is above.

It fits perfectly and not flimsy at all! This can fit a 40mm, I tested it out with my friends Apple Watch that was 40mm! Very cute protector
