Game is fantastic and I'm glad I got it day 1. Tho if you do play it, you are better off playing it in TV mode than anything else. The dynamic resolution in handheld mode can make the game look ugly.

Classic JRPG feel kind of video game. Long and good storyline but the game play gets rather dull. Can be a lot of grinding or doing side quests which aren't very exciting. If you liked the previous Xenoblade series, you'll probably like this one. Definitely don't recommend it for all gamers.

Another great open world RPG from Monolith. I actually enjoy the combat more in this one with having dedicated buttons for skills vs cycling through a line of actions like in previous games.

Combat is a bit weird and often times feels like the game is more playing itself. Once you get used to it the game is pretty good. If you liked the other Xeno games you will probably like this one. Also the Nopon are WAY less annoying in this game so thats a definite plus.

XC2 is one of my favorite titles on the switch thus far. I enjoyed every minute of gameplay. Learning the combinations as well as unlocking new rare blades was exciting. Highly recommended.

One of the best games for Nintendo Switch, have played about 30 hours into the game and have a long way to go. Also DLC will be adding a new story and more side quest. Definitely worth buying.

Played for about 85 hours and had a ton of fun. Looking forward to starting a new game+ and getting the dlc. Good for fans of collecting and managing a team of new characters to play with.

While I liked the original Xenoblade Chronicles 1, I'm really questioning the art style change into an anime style with the XB2. Just wondering why they went with this, but overall, the combat is very expansive and it will take some time to understand how it fully works.

The game has a very interesting story, the gameplay is fun and deep though not for everybody. It's not a turn based game though not an action based game either, it's an in between where you have to timely react to things and wait in the meantime while your character autoattacks.

This title lives up to the previous games. Battle can be a little bit complex but once you figure it out it is all good. Some bad camera angles especially when inside a building but other than that a good fun solid RPG. With the lack if titles on the Switch, this should be an easy buy.

Combat system while seemingly simple at first opens up to become very deep later on. Story is pretty good and has weight to it. Did not complete game fully because of frustrating field skill and gacha system which pads the game a bit too much. Overall would recommend though

I held out for awhile getting this as I just felt it would fall to too many jrpg tropes. But I’m glad I picked it up. So far the story is engaging, well voice acted, and the battle system tutorial plays out slowly until you master this rhythm style battle system. Great so far.

It's a fantastic game improving on almost everything from the first game. It's one negative is the terrible quality of life decisions. It feels... inconvenient to play at times in short.

If you’re a fan of the series you should already have this game. And for newcomers it’s a great place to start with the Xeno series. Stick with the story, amazing payoff in the end.

Xenoblade has a fantastix soundtrack and story, however I don't want to spoil any of it. It's a very deep and complicated game though. If you enjoy JRPGs definitely give it a shot.

One of those games that has a huge world. A little shaky on the tutorial but past that the game opens in an amazing way that I know will be hours and hours of gameplay all on the go!

The overall depth of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and how well it all ties together is astounding. Though higher expectations mean it is less of a stunning revelation than the first game,
