Great addition to the switch game catalog. This is the first Xenoblade game I've checked out, but I'm glad I did. This is a must have especially if you're a fan of the series or RPGs

MOnolith has been getting better and this was their absolute masterpiece. 100+hours of gameplay and the DLC another 30+ more hours. this game is rich in content.

Clear out your schedule. You can easily put in over 80 hours just going through the main story. Side quests alone could give you countless hours more. Great JRPG worth every penny.

I bought this because i wanted a game that would last, and so far it hasn’t disappointed, I’ve played 15 hours and feel like I’ve barely made a dent, great game

Easily my favorite Switch game. Bought it to hold me off until Pokémon released, but it ended up being my favorite game on the Switch.

If you like rpgs, and own a switch, this should be in your library. Takes a little while to get into the combat system, but once you have all your abilities unlocked it’s amazing.

This game is a reminder of how great JRPG's can be, when properly executed. The combat system is fun, questing is fun, and the storyline and characters are captivating. Just be sure to download the free Japanese language voice pack--the English dub is really annoying.

Good story, hokey anime character tropes, not the best representation of women, but sometimes the writers do give them their own power and agency, engaging battle system

This game effectively stands up to the first xenoblade in terms of quality while still remaining well enough on it's own that you don't need to play the first game beforehand.

Interesting gameplay and storyline. The DLCs allows an extra 60+ hours of gameplay. After completing the game, not much to do except grind and collect all characters.

I enjoyed this game very much but there were so many imperfections. It felt rushed and unpolished. But the battle system and story are so captivating you, and the world so engrossing that you end up not minding for the most part. In the end, I highly recommend it.

Extremely well done RPG - huge attention to small details and great story. Not for the faint of heart or quick gamers - be ready to be in for the long haul - this game is epic.

Overly complicated game though pretty and good story

Despite what many say about the oddly English accent characters, they kinda grow on you. All the japanese voices sound the same to me. The characters are anime-esque and it creates for more light hearted adventure in comparison to old xenoblade titles.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was the first game I bought with my Switch, and i couldn't be happier with the decision. I highly recommend this game for any JRPG fans.

If you're a fan of JRPGs, this is not one to miss on the Switch. It's pretty complex, and playing in handheld mode is a little tight, but overall a great time.

I love this game!!! Very addictive!!!!! I hate that you have to pay extra for expansion packs and that they are only digital downloads.

I have enjoyed this game. The story gets better after a while and especially after you handle its playability. But, what I haven't liked of it its that even if you can save the game, you start from a different point and loses most of what you have done.

Games clearly great, but the handheld mode doesn't look great. Still a good game!

Add this to the list with Zelda botw and Mario as must own switch games. Starts off slow with a lot of cut scenes but once they hand over the controls it is a great rpg.
