Falsely Advertised Pre Order Bonus

After talking with support they seemed to have no intention on helping me for not receiving what I ordered and basically just told me I won't receive part of what was advertised with my purchase of this game. There also used to be significantly more reviews pointing this out but they're mostly gone now for some reason which is interesting. Once again this is a great game and I do recommend playing it, but Best Buy needs to stop tricking their customers with false advertising.

The game is great but the preorder bonus was removed from my cart before it shipped. This was confirmed by chatting with a best buy rep. Game is great but the removal of the preorder bonus is worrisome. Also my original review was removed. I will have to consider other retailers to preorder from in the future.
