    Like somebody else wrote, Best Buy deleted almost all of our original reviews criticizing a lack of pre-order bonus and mixed messages in following up with customer service, where different people were told different things (and I was personally told completely different things by multiple different representatives). Best Buy promised us something to entice us to shop with them and they didn't deliver. Gamestop had a different pre-order bonus which we missed out on by pre-ordering here. Even if there was a delay with the manufacturer, they should send us an email assuring us that we would receive our item and ideally give us some store credit to make up for the inconvenience and show us they value us as customers. Instead, they delete all the critical reviews like some kind of petty dictatorship. And trying to call customer service is a huge waste of time. Not shopping with these corporate thieves anymore. Best Buy? More like BUYER BEWARE!
