Buggy and bad support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product has lots of bugs, eventually not responding to buttons, which makes it very unreliable for its use case, since I'm now forced to carry the key every time I leave. It's not good for homes with kids as well, since you can't disable passage mode, and it's something kids can enable just by pushing the inside button for some seconds (and your auto-lock will not revert it). I've reached to Yale support some times, and there are always contradicting answers, which make me believe they have no clue about this product.

Non Stop Problems!

Will shut down the key pad randomlly leaving people stuck outside… Also will begin to beep for no reason which is unusable during that period. Just a headache, cant wait to switch to another brand

Find a different lock!

Yale customer support was not helpful at all and refused to replace their faulty devices even after they could not get it work.

Returning immediately. If you want to waste your time buy this if not there are plenty of other options that don’t require a blood sample to log into the app
