Apple home app and google home integration not great.

I like everything about this lock, EXCEPT ...it is unbelievably expensive and inconvenient to operate. The 4 AA batteries last about 2-3 months, at which time the smart lock becomes a dumb lock. I would probably not purchase this lock again.

Works better than my previous lock (schlage). Will definitely get this brand moving forward

This is my 2nd type of Yale lock. We wanted it to have a key option. I find this type much harder to use and offers less functionality. Almost every setting requires Bluetooth access not WiFi. The app is not hard to use but can’t be used with the other types of Yale locks.

Very quiet which is what I was looking for. More than happy and I am very satisfied with it.

The bronze color is pretty much black, very different from how it looks in the image. If you are definitively looking for a bronze match to your door, this is not it. I can’t comment more as I didn’t end up installing it for the color reason

It took me a while in the install but I was overthinking it.

We really enjoy this lock and all it’s features love it

Purchased door locks and the geek squad came to install. They were here 4 hours, admitted they didn’t know what they were doing and locks were not installed correctly. Went to the store and spent an hour getting another install. The second install was cancelled, I was never notified or told. The store was supposed to contact me to get a second install and they never did. Went back down and all the store managers were unavailable. Can’t talk to anyone on line because purchase was done at store. I am stuck with 3 locks that do not work, a door camera with glitches and an outdoor camera that doesn’t work. Can’t put my original equipment back on because not sure what they did with all the pieces, they put in a pile!
