    Geek Squad Can’t Install

    Purchased door locks and the geek squad came to install. They were here 4 hours, admitted they didn’t know what they were doing and locks were not installed correctly. Went to the store and spent an hour getting another install. The second install was cancelled, I was never notified or told. The store was supposed to contact me to get a second install and they never did. Went back down and all the store managers were unavailable. Can’t talk to anyone on line because purchase was done at store. I am stuck with 3 locks that do not work, a door camera with glitches and an outdoor camera that doesn’t work. Can’t put my original equipment back on because not sure what they did with all the pieces, they put in a pile!

    Not recommended at all; we spent too much money on batteries that only lasted less than a week. Best Buy now stated that they are not responsible for returning the money.

    BATTERIES DON'T LAST

    It works fine except I have to replace the batteries every couple of days. I have tried all the different batteries. I get the same result. I have gone with rechargeable batteries and replacing them every morning. I am getting ready to go back to a manual deadbolt lock.

    It work just outdated but wanted the square look didnt see any in new model doesnt connect through google home

    I like everything about this lock, EXCEPT ...it is unbelievably expensive and inconvenient to operate. The 4 AA batteries last about 2-3 months, at which time the smart lock becomes a dumb lock. I would probably not purchase this lock again.

    Not worth it. Past my return window so I have to keep it. It doesn’t connect through the app, so the whole purpose of me getting it was to use app features. It’s always searching and asks if I’m next to the door. Why would I be if I’m trying to use the app? Installation was fairly easy but no instructions on programming code.

    Randomly enters passage mode

    It's automatically entering passage mode and randomly unlocking the door. Tried locking it through the app to get it out of passage mode. But without even touching the app or the lock it will eventually go back into passage mode and unlock it's self. It's a very big safety risk.

    cannot get the lockset to calibrate to work. it will manually work but cannot set th ekey combo until it calibrates. ive email customer service with no luck
