I love this lock. It works really well, and it was easy enough to to install. I just wish they’d include 2 keys as opposed to one. The free version of the app is good too, and I was able to link everything with Google Home. I have found there to be a significant delay between when I physically lock the door and when the locked notification appears on my phone.

Never lets me down. The quality of yale lock and app is top notch. easy to use app. Setup is simple and can be completed within half an hour from install to app setup. Battery life is typical of any wifi connected smart lock. I recommend using lithium AA batteries as they seem to work more reliably in this lock. I have gone about 2.5 months between battery swap out while using connected to wifi, and with auto lock turned on which is impressive as the lock motor has to work more frequently when auto locking multiple times a day. It’s also very quiet. I’ve had digital deadbolts from other company’s that have such a loud motor. Sometimes I find myself checking to see if the door is locked as I don’t hear it inside when it auto locks. Will definitely buy again as needed for my home and rental properties.

We researched pretty much all of the smart locks out there and decided on the Yale since it had the best reviews. We've only had it installed for about a week now, but the setup was very easy, the app is super simple, and the lock works flawlessly with either the keypad or app. Google Home had a bit of a tough time adjusting to it but eventually got over itself without any intervention on our part. It was a little pricey but so far seems to be worth it. I'm curious to see how long it will be before the batteries need replacing. Will update when they croak.

I use these in my home, and frequently test and review Alexa, Google, and Apple home functionality products. This one is compatible with all of them and is easy to install. The lock can also be re-keyed by a locksmith if you want to use an existing key, but I recommend doing that before actually installing it on the door since it can be a little annoying to remove after it is installed. The battery lasts a few months and I just use some rechargeable AA batteries

Yale has the reputation and the looks for this lock. Love the design. Not only looks great and is well made, I appreciate the ease of use. However, I had some issues with the battery life. But it works fine regarding performance and connectivity. I wish the app was modern, but its simple and effective.

The Yale lock I purchased from Best Buy is amazing! I absolutely love having it installed in my home. It’s so convenient and easy to lock and unlock, especially using my phone or tablet. Even if the power goes out, you can still use the key to enter your home. It truly gives me peace of mind, and I believe it’s one of the best locks you can install for security and convenience. We replaced an assure lock with the assure lock 2 and noticed that this model locks and unlocks faster and we were replacing a touch screen for one with buttons and found this much easier to use. The app allows for adding/removing codes tied to people and will use your phone to text codes to guests and track that code against their name.

Easy to set up, works well. Gives everybody access and shows who accesses the home. No complaints!

This lock Creates access to our house even when we are away. We love this ability. We have nearby family all the time and it works for us. We paired it with a door camera.

This one was a step up from the previous model I had at my last house. This one does everything I need: easy to lock, works with HomeKit, and has geofencing capabilities. It knows when I return home and automatically unlocks. Installation was very easy and fast.

It was easy to install and setup. I am not handy and I had no issues replacing my existing deadbolt with this lock.
