The install is nothing too crazy, though there is slight separation between my door and the lock, if I push the keypad side and the lock side together it fixes itself temporarily. This did not affect my rating, even if it was totally flush, I feel as if it is just ok. The app is a bit lackluster, and I feel as if the smart functionality is limited even on more expensive versions of the lock, so its 3/5 for me.
