Took it back made the watch to heavy keep falling over

Didn’t last. Would no recommend.not durable at all.

I never write reviews but to save you all from $5.99 under warranty reorders of a faulty product I will this time. I bought this product to protect my apple watch. I have worn watches all my life and recently before buying my apple watch I owned a fitbit. I have never had any issues with owning my fitbit and frankly after 2 years it still looks brand new. I bought this protector because the apple watch is way more expensive than the fitbit. The watch stays on my wrist except when removed for charging (much like my fitbit). I have never dropped my watch ever and yet i looked at the screen one day and the glass protector was broken. I cant imagine how it was broken unless i maybe bumped something lightly. To make a long story short the glass really seems to be of horrible quality or make. The bumper material is still in perfect condition but the screen is cracked on the curved portion. Maybe between the slight sliding movement of the protector and the curve in the protector the glass has a gap to break. I like the idea that the screen is protected 360 degrees and over the curve but if the product just breaks....

I wanted good protection for my new Apple Watch and thought I found it. I should have been more patient. The same day I purchased this product I regretted it. The bumper guard is a joke and the screen protector constantly had air bubbles. Instructions stated to lift the edges to remove any “stubborn” bubbles. This made the problem worse and now my screen is covered in bubbles. Twice now I have been let down by this brand, and the products are way too expensive. I’m out 45 dollars and left with no way to recover that loss, Best Buy will not honor a refund and I don’t want a replacement of a poor quality product.

No way is this screen protector worth the cost that you pay...and you can’t even return it bc it shatters. And like others have said, it kills touch sensitivity and pretty much makes it impossible to use the watch properly. Installation is a joke, and would think it would be like the phone screen protectors, but it isn’t. Stay away from this crap and get just a regular film protector...at least those seem to at least protect at a reduced cost and way easier to place it on.

This thing is a piece of trash. I bought it for my hubby thinking it would be a quality protector. It cracked within the 1st week of having it. I returned it and got another. Within 2 days it was cracked again. You would have thought that he was using this as a hammer to drive in nails; the way it self destructs. Nope, this is just a cheap piece of junk that costs over $50. DON'T BUY IT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do NOT waste your money on this product. The black side ring fell off with in a few days of having it, without my knowledge. And a few days later the screen cracked. I tried to return it to Best Buy. I couldn't return it because they ONLY have a 14 day return policy and I didn't get it returned within that time frame. I was a day late.

I bought this for the same reason everyone else expecting awesome protection but unfortunately I was wrong. The glass cracked the same day I purchased it as I put the watch to charge and the bumper fell off (i bought the correct size) and got lost. Fortunately I found it and placed it again on the watch, it fell off and it is lost.

I had difficulty getting the bubbles out, which led to a fair bit of pushing on the screen protector and lifting and reapplying it, but after 24 hours all the little bubbles were gone and I thought this were peachy... until I tried to start a workout and open an outdoor walk. The touch screen no longer responded consistently - I could open most of the apps, but couldn't select things in apps. Couldn't even do a soft reset - when I tried swiping the slider over to power off, it refused to accept the final part of the motion. Thought it might be the watch, but as soon as I pulled the screen protector off, everything worked fine.

Was put on in the store by Best Buy employee. Looked nice for about a week and then started getting air bubbles under the screen protector. I tried to rub them out but they just kept coming back. I finally removed from my watch because it looked so bad.

Do not ignore the negative reviews. There were a few minor bubbles after installing. With use of other zagg products, these would go away with time. This product completely separated after a few days and was stuck on my clothing when I noticed. I reapplied a few times and it eventually cracked. The lifetime warranty is useless when the product only gave me a couple of days of protection. Do not buy.

Air bubbles are IMPOSSIBLE to remove. Very expensive and not worth it.

This was a complete waste of $50. Not only was it difficult to install, it did not work out the bubbles like the directions claims they will and it cracked and is missing a chunk immediately after a slight bump against a wooden door frame. I will turn in to get the replacement, but will not be purchasing again.

I installed the glass as instructed and have not had one single problem! I can’t understand how so many people have had an issue. Coupled with the protective bumper this is a great combo!

We bought two of these, one for his/her watch. Followed instructions for installation, but could not get rid of bubbles. Her cracked within a week. His cracked within a month. Both with no impact. Complete rip-off for $50.

It left the sides of the watch unresponsive and cracked in less than 12 hours after a two foot fall onto carpet. The replacement cracked when the bumper was applied. Huge waste of money.
