Bought 2 protectors for my wife. First one lasted a week and cracked. Second one broke when installing. Not buying again.

I had the tech install the protective cover and once installed I was unable to just press the apps and get an immediate response. If I take off my watch and press the app, it responds. It’s aggravating. The tech said he had never seen that occur before. I have to call Apple. The shield does seem to protect the watch

Very difficult to get the edges to stick on well. I got 2 of them and they always came off.

This was not as good as previous versions. Seems like the new red piece that is to assist with application actual causes more air bubbles than previously. My Apple Watch has also had a more difficult time recognizing taps and touches. It seems to recognize them more if you are able to tap around the edges. Does not recognize any taps directly in the center.

When I saw that ZAGG finally was making glass screen protectors for the series 4 Apple Watch I was really excited. Recently I picked up 2 of these for my wife and I. These are horrible, they are very challenging to install and the touch sensitivity they brag about on the packaging is completely wrong. We were hardly able to use our watches with this screen protector on.

The person installing this (ended up being two people) broke the first two of them while trying to install them. Then the third one broke within a day of me wearing it. This product is far too sensitive and I would not recommend purchasing this. Let me add I am not tough on any items and this is just a flawed piece... if all three broke within 24 hours.

Worst Zagg item I have ever purchased ever! In theory it’s amazing, in practice, GARBAGE. The first one I bought and placed on my watch cracked within a few hours. The touch sensitivity was practically nothing. Not only did the cracked protector visually look horrible, I couldn’t even use the watch because it wouldn’t register your touch properly.

I am a big fan of ZAGG products but unfortunately this is not one. While it looked great on my watch and you couldn’t even see that there was a protective shield on the watch, the moment it was installed, I started having touch issues with the watch. At first I thought I was doing something wrong since I was new to having an Apple Watch but as soon as the Apple rep removed the shield, the watch operated correctly.

Felt really good upgrading to this cover and witching 1 week it was cracked! Not even rough on my watch and the “protector” cracked. Was told by employee it’s a waste of money to even use a screen protector because the watch is way stronger than any screen protector you can purchase.

I paid a Best Buy employee to install this. The employees were all amazing! Unfortunately, due to the actual design of the screen protector, there were bubbles that would not go away. Water and dust would get under it and the screen protector actually fell off within a week! Not worth the money I spent on it.

After a couple of weeks it shattered or cracked around the edges without my knowledge of bumping it or anything to have damaged it I will return to Zagg for a replacement. I’ll try another one. Hopefully, this was a faulty one. I loved it prior to it breaking.

After 1 day of having this on my watch the screen completely shattered & I have no idea how it happened. I was very disappointed I had the lifetime warranty but it said I had to pay $15 in shipping to get a new one. I didn’t feel like it was worth it since it shattered after one day. I hadn’t had a protective screen on my watch & it’s actually in amazing shop.

This looks great as it perfectly blends into the watch. You cannot tell that you have a zagg on your watch. But it would not respond to my finger taps. I was afraid there was a problem with my watch. Then I took off the zagg and the watch worked great. I bought the 14.99 zagg for my watch and it works perfectly.

Bought and had it installed on my watch. Cracked within a week. Bestbuy employee told me to go to Zagg’s website and register it then get a replacement. Had to pay for shipping only on replacement.

This shield fell off the watch in Dec and it really was a very poor quality. It doesn't appear that the company will replace it which is very disappointing considering the price of the item.

This was for my wife’s Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the cover fell off after about two weeks and was lost. My wife is not sure where it fell off. We cannot get it replaced under the lifetime warranty as the product is lost. It was installed properly. This is the first time we’ve had this issue with a glass cover. It is unfortunate.

I recently purchased an Apple Watch 4 and wanted the best screen protection I could find. I was told by Best Buy this was the best because of the curved glass feature. It was expensive ($39.99) plus $8 for installation. After a week the screen protector rendered my Apple Watch nearly useless. It caused my screen to be extremely unresponsive and I had the passcode enabled and was getting locked out of my Watch due to screen unresponsiveness! Then it cracked (all of this in the first week). I had to take my phone back to Verizon and purchase a different model Zagg screen protector for ($20). I tried returning cracked screen protector to Best Buy and they would not refund my money due to the product being considered a “consumable”. I reached out to the manufacturer, Zagg and am in the process of returning cracked screen protector to them for a Best Buy store credit. We’ll see how it goes.

It was not sensitive to touch. The bubbles were not going away. Best buy replaced the first one, but the second one was the same. Finally, I got the plastic one which was only $15, much better than the glass.

The Zagg Glass screen protectors for your Apple Watch are a great addition to your watch to prevent anything from happening to your screen. I would definitely recommend having Geek Squad or the Mobile Department install it because they are pretty difficult to work out all the bubbles, but looks great once it's installed correctly. I also love that Zagg offers a Lifetime Replacement on these! Worth the money!

Have bought 2 in the 3 months I have had my watch. First shattered in only a few weeks. Second was put on by Geek squad and FELL OFF! I put it back on but of course didn’t work so well after that. Now it too has cracked. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
