Very pricy. Applied the protector following the instructions and couldn’t remove the air bubbles. So it’s on but I think it’s interfering with me touch screen in certain area. Not sure I’d recommend this

I have had problems with this item and apparently I am not the only on. The tech suggested that I needed to be heavy handed when using it. It has only worked about 25% of the time. It is almost like the glass shape doesn’t allow your touch to register. Yes, I paid the 8.00 to have the tech install the product.

Upon initial application, there was poor response to touch. Not all to most of the apps do not respond to touch. The corner chipped after only having it 2 months and mild wear. I am always careful and take care of my possessions. I didn’t have any of these issues with my screen protector on my other watch.

Screen protector on my watch was very difficult to use because it wouldn’t let me use the touchscreen at times and last for over 2 weeks and I cracked the whole screen protector so I had to remove it because it was hard to see

The screen protector does a good job at protecting your watch screen from little scratches and hard hits to the screen. Only downside is it makes the touch screen a little hard to use sometimes.

It looked nice when I applied it but not sure if I had applied it right. It was responsive but not sure why some areas did not want to actually click properly. It could have been that I had tried re-applying it. Overall it looked good but just had a small issue with mine as mentioned.

It lasted two weeks before it started lifting off of watch. The watch was worn on weekends and evenings only so it would not get ruined from work.

I had my first protector on for a week and it broke. ZAGG replaced it, but I still had to pay the shipping on the item. Replacement is still sitting in the box, watch is still undamaged.

Installed it correctly, it was centered, and no bubbles... the shield looked great, but I had all kinds of tactile issues. The watch would not respond to most taps or swipes! Called Zagg and they sent me a replacement; I'm still not sure if I will attempt it again.

My daughter purchased this for her new watch and felt confident protecting it. Then the watch fell off the charger onto a wooden floor during a business trip and neatly shattered within the tempered cover. The watch was fine but she panicked until she realized on the cover affected! Since Zagg covers it for a lifetime since told to her by Best Buy after a visit to show them, she called for a replacement. There’s a fee to get replacements and they send a prepaid mailer for the damaged one. In the meantime, no protection until this whole turnaround happens. Best to have backup like the watch bumpers Best Buy sells.

I made the mistake of buying this screen protector twice. The first time it developed a crack after only one week of normal use; the watch was not dropped or struck in any way. When this happened, I assumed that I had placed the glass on my watch incorrectly because there was an air bubble underneath so I decided to buy a new one and pay extra for Best Buy staff to put it on my watch. I waited for about 45 minutes and they broke one in the process. There where no air bubbles and it lasted one month before it cracked, again for no apparent reason. I am happier without it and the touch screen features work much better. Best Buy should not stock or encourage customers to buy this product.

The idea behind this is good, but it doesn’t work. When this is on, the Apple Watch won’t register some of your finger movements. Get the normal Zagg for Apple Watch instead of the glass (or until they fix the problem).

Nice idea but poo design. Impossible to remove bubbles from under the face plate once applied. If you attempt to remove the cover to reapply, then pretty much have to toss in trash.

Purchased & couldn’t even use my watch! Wouldn’t do anything unless my watch was off, wasn’t picking up my touch. Was taking it off myself and it shattered it truly is a waste of money

I did not care for it! It was hard to use the functions on the watch bcs it was thick. I thought it was the watch but after I removed the shield it work fast. It is hard to remove air bubbles and when u lift it - it cracks

I'm a huge ZAGG fan and use their screen protectors on all my families iPhones for many years. This Screen Protector was for a 40MM Apple Watch series 4. It was very, very difficult to get the bubbles out when installing. At least 20 minutes of pressing and moving. I did finally manage to get all the bubbles out and the appearance was great. We were disappointed to then notice many non-responsive / dead spots on the touchscreen. I Cracked the screen protector when removing it. Once removed the watch touchscreen works fine. I was thinking of trying the normal flat screen protector next. I still have to contact ZAGG to determine my next steps.

Glass does not seal, touch screen will not work if glass is not sealed. If you attempt to remove it to reset it the glass will break. Horrible product, don’t waste your money.

The screen protector for my watch had a bubble in it from day 1 and it slipped off my nightstand about 2 feet from the floor and broke the corner of it. So much for protection.

They tried putting 3 different screen protectors on my watch face before they said they would suggest a different protector. They exchanged my screen protector with a plastic one with no issues. I would be careful buying these!

It does save the watch. However a lot of times I have to push each call and apps several times to answer the phone and open apps.
