Cracked a week after purchase

You have to pay $10.00 for shipping a free replacement from the company website . Cracked after a week of purchase then informed I had to replace through Zagg.

Cracked in 2 days

It cracked from a light bump against a table. I talk with my hands and bumped my watch. Case split across the bottom corner. It was actually easier to put on than most so that point get high marks.

I wish it had a way to clean around and under item.

Worst watch case I’ve owned

I thought I’d give Zagg a try since I have had good luck with their screen protectors. I was wrong to do this. The case fits well but leaves almost none of the crown exposed to manipulate. You end up sliding your fingertip along it but also end up pressing the crown down. This takes you to somewhere you didn’t to go in the menu. Annoying to say the least.
