Not happy. The cover is too thick and makes it hard to tap the watch face. But even worse, it cracked and broke in the top corner, and now it falls off or catches on items.

I purchased two different times and both cracked within the first month. Worst part is my Best Buy total Tech membership does not even cover replacement. I have to contact the manufacturer and then pay shipping cost why???For the price you pay this product is nowhere close to worth it.

Be careful these things crack and shatter very easily. I guess its better than having to replace your screen, but I have gone theough 3 of these in the last 3 months. These are nothing like the iphone screen protectors. I literally broke one of these by cleaning the back side if thr glass.

Poor quality product. When you spend 3 times the amount of one you get on Amazon you think it would last longer. My cover that I got three weeks ago broke. I had one broke a few weeks ago as well. What are you going to do about this Best Buy

It cracked after only a month of having it. The last watch cover I had lasted a year this this is very fragile. Avoid it

There should be "No Star" rating for poor product made by ZAGG. Disappointed. Purchased July 25, 2024. After first few days, the moisture built up between the ZAGG and Apple Watch. Here is the problem- never trust the employees. They have not been caught for lies to customers. But don't putting blame on employees. Consumers supposes to check the ZAGG warranty. I went back to BestBuy several times because I forgot to bring ZAGG Screen Protector with me. For each time I asked about the life warranty, they said just bring ZAGG Screen protector back to us, we will swap for you. Not today, they lied to me, again at cash register. No life nor warranty, she said. I have invoice for purchased. For each cash register have cameras live recording. The cashier played with ZAGG Screen Protector with her long nails- tapped into screen. Just like she was playing keyboard. I said you damaged with long finger nails. Got heated conversations with her and the due at check out register. Never believes what the sale person(s) said, always look at product manufacture stated warranty. However, I will have to send back to ZAGG company for warranty, which cost for shippings. Will find out. Bestbuy hires lot of unprofessional, untrained, and more importantly they did not serving customers well at the total tech. I am not renewing total tech for many reasons that experienced at Best Buy stores.

I bought this for an Apple Watch Gen 2 SE, and was very disappointed. I really wanted to like this product because it is one of the few cases that has a screen protector built-in. However, once installed ,the case moved around quite a bit where I think it should feel snug. This is likely because the case is also designed to fit Watches with a 45 mm display; the SE’s display is 44 mm. If you have 44 mm Apple Watch, stay away.

DO NOT buy this if you have a 44mm Apple Watch. I had mine for 48hrs until it fell off somewhere unoticed never to be found again. The 44mm watch is too small for this and it didn’t fit snug. It had loosness to it which is most likely why it disappeared somewhere. It probably came off with my sweatshirt and when I carried my shirt inaide to work it’s likely it fell out on the ground. Not worth it.

I found myself saying I paid 30$ for this. I mean you really had to push the screen to get the watch to do anything. Found a 5$ one at a local store which worked 10x's better.

Didn’t fit properly so it moves as you try to do something on your watch. A bunch of stuff was able to get under it so I had to clean it every day. Also If you hit it on something the whole cover comes off. I got the size that said would fit my watch so I don’t understand why it was so ill fitting. I bought a way cheaper option of this on Amazon and it fit perfectly and have had no issues. Ridiculous to charge so much for such terrible quality

Broke within a week is installing it. I registered it on Zagg for the lifetime "free" replacement, it's $10 for shipping. It registered as a 41mm, went in and changed it to 45mm. But it didn't change on the Zagg side. So when I received my replacement after a week, it was the wrong size. I called to hopefully fix the issue. I talked to two customer support people who were argumentative, and was told I works need to reregister and then order a new replacement for another $10 in shipping. Zagg isn't worth the extra time and aggravation to get the protector replaced. I'm fine with Zagg.

It doesn't fit SE 4 apple watch. Its very difficult to put on your watch. Its very easy to crack and get scratches. Its not easy to remove if you want to clean your watch or change out the wristbands.

I expected better for the price. Not only is this product way too expensive for what it offers, but it also came with visible scratches right out of the box. For something marketed as “elite” protection, it feels cheap and looks worn before even using it. Definitely not worth the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless the price drops significantly or the quality improves.

This case is not the best, I have change mine 3 times within 2 months because of how essy it breaks, and i have to go back to change my current one, becssue it also crack. my 1st one crack the next day after getting it I don’t even know how it happen, water gets inside and it moves. The onky good thing is the warranty that it has.

Moisture breaks the seal of the screen protector and the screen becomes inoperable. When I bought the item, the cashier told me since it was a ZAGG product, Best Buy would replace the tiem for any defect. So when the original purchase failed, I brought it to a BB store to get a new one. However, I was informed BB's coverage only applied to phone screen protectors. So I paid $9.99 for ZAGG to ship a replacement (which was an easy process). This time I let the item "cure" for 5 days before wearing my Apple Watch during a workout. Once again, moisture seeped between the screen protector and the watch which made the watch inoperable. This is a waste of money.

To large for the watch fall out to much is not a good fit

Ridiculous device - kind of works but pops of easily - so not worth 50 bucks.

Cant replace at the bestbuy but its lifetime warranty. You have to pay $10.00 for shipping a free replacement from the company website . Cracked after a week of purchase then informed I had to replace through Zagg.

Don’t recommend. Especially at price point. It cracked from a light bump against a table. I talk with my hands and bumped my watch. Case split across the bottom corner. It was actually easier to put on than most so that point get high marks.
