Does its job but need to be more durable

At the replacement price one would think it would be more durable. Supposedly they have a lifetime warranty for replacement but the wait time would allow the watch to be possibly damaged while waiting for a replacement cover.

“Free replacements”

When I first purchased it the sales associate at Best Buy told me that it was worth spending the money bc it comes with guaranteed free replacements.After it cracked barely grazing it against a table, I took my damaged cover back to BB and the guy working the door told me in a rude tone not to bother going to the service desk bc I had to go through the manufacturer of the product that BB stocks and pushes to sell. They are indeed “free replacements” after you pay $45 for the only option delivery the manufacturer gives you , The new “free” one cracked a week later between the side function buttons by just snapping it onto my watch.I rarely write surveys but I’m trying to give a heads up to the next person. Go buy a cheapie off Amazon.

Not Good Purchase
