Maybe a dysfunctional cover in the box I purchased

The screen was in pieces and there wasn’t an actual screen that went on the Watch once the cover to the screen was removed. I plan on returning the product. I think it was simply a bad box and not something that usually occurs. I can’t recommend the product when the one I have I couldn’t use.
