Screen saver fell off

When they gave it to me it had a bubble on the corner they told me it would go away. And one morning I noticed the bubble was gone but closer examination I noticed it completely came off without me noticing! I tried to get exchanged for a new one but they told since I don’t have the actual product couldn’t exchange it so money wasted for me!
