Thanks for buying ZAGG InvisibleShield to protect your Apple Watch! Sorry to hear things haven't gone exactly to plan.
Hard to tell why you received an empty box, but that's definitely not going to work. Our latest packaging design, which eliminates most single-use plastics, houses the screen protector separately in a small compartment at the top of the inner box. The installation components are in the slightly larger box below.
If that doesn't do the trick, always a great idea to visit your local Best Buy store where their associates are expert InvisibleShield installers!

I use screen protectors on everything and the quality of this one doesn't hold up. Instructions are RIDICULOUSLY bad and in the booklet it tells you if you still need help to go to a website for the video but the video for this product isn't there. Returns are also a joke, but not with Best Buy, with Zagg. You have to mail it back to Kalamazoo MI with no return authorization or without giving them a heads up. Very poorly run process for a poorly made product that comes with poorly detailed instructions. I do not recommend.

Watch has never been wet nor slept in! Less than a month later it is peeling up! I went to get replacement and it is $7.99 for shipping! It is less than a 2 inch square of plastic… it would fit in a stamped envelope! It only cost $15! Sigh…. How is this a free replacement? And in 1 month I would probably have to do it again - because it’s obviously a terrible screen protector!
