Excellent customer service. Got free replacement with $7.99 shipping charge in about a week. Haven't used replacement. Instead got another cheaper brand which was easier to install and has lasted.

Don't Buy

It was fine when I first put it on, but started peeling within 2 days. We just pulled it off rather than let it continue to peel and become a distraction.

The zag Warrenty is easy to use bits it’s 8.99 a pop. Finally, got the hang of installing and placed a bumper protector over the watch to keep the screen protector in place.
