    This screen protector is super thin almost like saran wrap. Followed the instructions (which were also confusing) and it was extremely hard to get the adhesive shield to stick to the watch. In the picture it looks like a thick screen protector (like what you put on your phone) however it is not... It is incredibly thin. It would not prevent the screen from breaking, it only protects from scratches.
