I purchased this modem because I thought is was a good deal for the price

This product was not the right fit for what i needed.

At such an inexpensive cost, this pays for itself quickly when you consider the monthly modem rental fee you're not paying for. Setup was simple. I had to call my cable company to push through the activation. But it was all pretty simple.

I purchased this modem so I wouldn't have to pay a monthly rental fee with our cable provider. This is working great and the data speeds are wonderful. It does what it is supposed to for us and it was not a very expensive product.

I haven't had any problems with it. It was really easy to set up. Called Comcast and they activated it within 15 minutes. Sure beats paying a lease fee on a Comcast modem/router that all Comcast customers can connect to.

I purchased some printing ink and a USB 2.0 hub...the hub works great because my laptop doesn't have enough ports. I hope my printer continues to work because I have enough ink now for about a year or more.

Works fine and the price was right. Recommended by Cox Communications rep at Best Buy store but Cox needs to include the correct model number when setting up to work with their internet service.

I live in a 1500 sqft home and it actually works better than the one xfinity provided for $10/month!...

This product out of the box sucked it didn't even have a signal and my mother had a hard time with it and the tech couldn't help her over the phone

This seems to be an excellent cable modem. Works well with Comcast and I don't have to pay a monthly fee forever to Comcast. Pays for itself in just about five months.

The Zoom router seemed to work fine, but then stopped working within a week of use. The Time Warner Cable technician told me that he has seen a number of these fail right out of the box just like mine did. Luckily I was able to exchange the router for an ARRIS / Motorola SB6183, which was recommended by the TWC technician. I haven't had a problem with the ARRIS router yet. It has been over 2 months now.

In the store the salesperson mentioned the idea to have both a modem and a wireless router. So, if one goes bad you can swap it out and keep moving.

Solid modem at a great price. What sold me on the Zoom was the fact that it has a 2 year warranty and their customer support is in Boston.

I purchased this modem for my home office based on the recommendation of the Best Buy associate. It was the perfect choice for me.

Was recommended this from employee and not disappointed. I can't tell a difference from the one i rented from time warner

Paired up with a good wireless router, you don't have to waste 10 to 15 dollars a month renting from your cable provider.

The modem was purchased to replace the twc rented modem.. I has all the necessary requirements at a reasonable price.

Salesman said it would work with Cox Comm. Nope it did not. I had to return it.

With my prior experience with my older Zoom modem I did not hesitate to purchase this newer model for a friend.

Can't go wrong with this item. Does exactly what is advertised and does it at the right price!
