There were so many to choose from I decided to go low price. Being in the networking industry, I recognized the name and felt I could trust it to function as described. I was not disappointed. No issues so far, it just works.

Better than the ones you can rent from our provider. Allows for regular and 5G wireless connectivity to your wireless devices that can connect to 5G networks.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this based on price only. Gave the cable company the mac address and returned the rental unit. So far it has worked perfectly. No more rental cost. The only complaint I might have is that the status lights on the front are really bright. Excessively so.

Great Modem

This is a great one, no problems with installation on Windows 7 PC. It doesn't get as hot as my old one and the lights on the front are colorful and bright!

Pretty good modem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This modem functions just fine, but unfortunately its limited to a max speed 150 mbps. I wish it DOCSIS 3.1 instead of 3.0 because if you get faster internet speeds like I did, you will need it. I still was able to chalk it up to an error on comcast and get a free modem/router for a year anyway.

Download Fails Galore
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you ever do more than one thing on the internet this is NOT the device for you. I will be downloading two things and the first one will fail and the second one will use up ALL the bandwidth making regular internet fail as well. When I asked Zoom customer service for help it took 5 days and they said it was my internet that was the problem....which was completely wrong. Will never recommend any device by these people ever.

Serial number already in use!

The customer service rep from Best Buy was not apologetic at all, and nonchalantly suggested I return it to the store (there is no store where I live, which is why I ordered online). This sucks. So inconvenient and a waste of my time.
