Wife is Happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife is happy and that's all I need to know. She does most of the laundry and our last washer was on it's last leg. It wobbled, knocked, and leaked. She was very excited to get a new washer regardless, but having one as nice as this, was icing on the cake. This washer, is quiet, efficient, has a self-cleaning cycle, uses steam. It has all the features we could ask for and more. As long as it lasts a long time, I will continue to give it a 10.

What I expected!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had this washer for a couple months now and it seems to be a great machine so far. It is amazon how little water it appears to use compared to our top loader. Will it ever pay for itself probably not bit I feel good about using less water and for the Black Friday price we paid it seems to be a great unit. The only complaint i would have is when the washer locks it is pretty loud, i actually thought something was wrong the first time I heard it but it is normal. Time will tell.

Quiet, Affordable & Good Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer has nice quality to it, it's eco-friendly, doesn't use a lot of water, SUPER QUIET...it's nice to have all the different switches for heavy loads, delicates, quick press, steam clean and etc., Another thing I like is that it shows how long it'll take for the mode it's in to clean and when it is all done, a little jingle goes off and if it still hasn't been taken out for a few hours the jingle plays for a reminder.

Very nice washer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this washer after a brand new top load Maytag broke after only 2 years, I have a Samsung refrigerator and love it so thought I would try the washer. This machine gets the clothes perfectly clean with the smallest amount of water I have ever seen, if you are on a water meter this is for you! While the wash is running its cycle it is very quiet, sometimes I don't even know if its on, the only time the noise picks up is when it starts the spin cycle. There is the cutest little song at the end of the cycle to let you know it's done. I have not tried the steam option yet but can't wait too. I have the machine on ceramic tile and made sure it was level, at first when the spin cycle kicked in it would vibrate pretty good and get loud so I bought the anti-vibration pads to set under it, I feel like those where a waste, they really didn't seem to help. I really think its just when the spin cycle first kicks on the clothes are stuck on 1 side and once they get a little broken up it doesn't shake as much or make as much noise. Overall, I would recommend this washer to a friend. I have only had it a short time but hope it doesn't turn out like the junky Maytag I had bought before.

Cleaner that I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very pleased in the first month of ownership. So far this washer has tackled smelly fleece blankets, winter coats, pet bedding and every day laundry with great effectiveness. Some unexpected bonuses include quiet operation, high efficiency relating to water and detergent usage, and ease of operation. My last washer lasted over 20 years, and was still running, so it was very hard to part with it, after being told this one would not likely last anywhere near that long. But I needed a dryer, so it made sense to replace both. In hindsight, it seems to be the right choice.

Great Value Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very satisfied with the Samsung washer. I did a lot of research online of different products and made this machine my choice. It was a good price for a front load, had the capacity I needed, is energy efficient, delivered & setup free in my home & does a good job cleaning with minimum water. I find the machine quiet, despite some saying it was noisy.

Love this washer.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked around and did a lot of research before I purchased this washer/dryer. I had my eye on them for quite some time as they are rated one of the best/top washers/dryers. They went on sale and I got them for a great price. I don't know how I ever lived without them for so long. I also purchased the warranty. People have told me Best Buy warranties are totally worth it because if it can't be fixed they will replace it. I spoke to someone else who sold appliances for years elsewhere and he told me this product is the best. The only problem he ever heard about was the display panel going out after several years and frequent use. Easy to replace. Cost and energy efficient and super quiet too!

Q: QuestionHow large is a "large" load?I am considering the purchase of the Samsung 3.6 Cu. Ft. washer to replace a VERY elderly traditional washer. Could you tell me if this model is able to accommodate my king size comforter & approximately how many pairs of adult jeans can be washed in one load? Thanks!
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The 3.6 cubic foot capacity of the WF365BTBGWR is large enough to fit a king size comforter. While I can't tell you the equivalent in terms of the number of pairs of jeans, I can tell you the standard equivalency in terms of 24" x 44" bath towels is 25.4. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionDoes it have any dry clean funtion since it is steam washer?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Thanks for the question. While the steam feature in the WF365BTBGWR and other steam washers can help to refresh garments that might otherwise be dry cleaned so you can make fewer trips to the dry cleaner, it does not actually have a dry clean cycle. In addition, it's important to note that, though many items that are dry cleanable can also be washed safely and effectively using steam cycles, Samsung does not recommend steam washing items that are marked Dry Clean Only. Please refer to fabric care symbols to help determine which items are, and are not, safe for steam cleaning. For example, items that have the "High", "Medium" or "Low" iron symbol on the label may be fine with steam; items that indicate "No Heat/Air", "No Steam Iron" or "Do Not Iron" probably should not be washed in the steam cycles. If you're still unsure, I would suggest checking with your dry cleaner or other fabric specialist. - Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionWhat accessories does a new washer/dryer come with?I recently purchased the washer/dryers and delivery scheduled soon. I just moved to a new place and have no connections, hoses, cables, etc. What all is included and/or what accessories do i need to purchase prior to deliver so it can be installed and hooked up properly? I received conflicting answers upon purchasing as to what all is included. The similar question regarding this didnt help much either. Thanks!
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The WF365BTBGWR comes with the hot and cold water supply hoses and requires supplied water pressure of 20-116 psi. The power cord is factory-installed and requires a standard 3-prong 120V/60 Hz/15-amp electrical connection; the drain hose is also factory-installed. Samsung electric dryers, including the DV365ETBGWR, require a 220V connection with a 30-amp fuse or circuit breaker. Electric dryers do not come with the cord because the type of cord needed can vary based on a home's wiring as well as local building codes. I would suggest consulting with a locally licensed electrician to determine whether your home will require a 3 or 4-prong cord, or if hard-wiring the dryer to an appropriate electrical connection will better suit your needs. Gas dryers, including the DV365GTBGWR, come with the standard 3-prong cord factory-installed, and require a 120V/60 Hz/15-amp electrical connection. The dryers come ready to connect to a natural gas line, or you can purchase the LPKIT-3 liquid propane accessory conversion kit if you plan to use propane to heat the dryer. In either case, you'll need to purchase a gas line connection kit, and should have a qualified technician install the gas dryer for you. The DV365 (both electric and gas versions) comes with the parts needed to connect to water for the steam feature (hose and "Y" connector). Following are some of the other parts you'll need to install the units: - Vent duct (see attached chart for length and type) - Side/bottom vent conversion kit if you wish to convert the dryer from rear-venting to side or bottom venting. Gas dryers can be vented out the rear, left or bottom; electric dryers can vent out the rear, left, right or bottom. The conversion kit is optional; the part number is DV-1A. - Pedestals are optional accessories if you wish to install the washer and dryer side by side and have them raised up to a more comfortable height. The pedestals also have drawers for storing detergent, dryer sheets, etc. - Alternatively, if you wish to stack the dryer on top of the washer to save floor space, you'll need the optional SK-5A stacking kit accessory. I hope this information helps to clarify what you'll need to install your new washer and dryer. While it is very important to have the dryer professionally installed given the technical aspect of either gas or electrical connections, it would also be wise to have the washer installed by a professional familiar with the procedure for leveling to ensure the effectiveness of Samsung's Vibration Reduction Technology, which helps keep the washer quiet as it spins at its top speeds. The washers and dryers come with hard copies of the user manuals and installation guides. If you'd like to review some of this information prior to delivery, most of the manuals can be downloaded as pdf files from Samsung's website. Thank you for choosing Samsung! Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionWhy so little reviews? How does it compare with LG WM2650HWA?I am debating whether to choose Samsung WF365BTBGWR or LG WM2650HWA. The LG has stellar reviews everywhere, the Samsung has NO reviews at all. After an hour of search I was able to find 2 at Lowes, one positive, one negative. Why there are no reviews? Is there anything that LG can do, this Samsung model can't? Why should I pick Samsung?
Asked by uia.
- A:Answer Thank you for your interest. The WF365BTBGWR was introduced only recently, so it isn't surprising that there aren't many reviews published as of yet. While I can't comment on another brand's product, I can tell you that the WF365BTBGWR features Samsung's signature Vibration Reduction Technology (VRT) that significantly reduces noise and vibration, even when installed upstairs; the Pure Cycle self-cleaning cycle; and an internal hot water heater. The 3.6 cubic foot capacity is large enough to fit a king size comforter or the equivalent of 25.4 standard (24" x 44") bath towels. In addition, it's worth noting that the WF365BTBGWR is part of Samsung's line up of front load washers that have been awarded the JD Power & Associates Overall Customer Satisfaction Award for the past four years (2009-2012). Samsung is committed to your satisfaction, and if issues do arise, the competitive manufacturer's warranty, which includes 10-year coverage on the direct drive motor, can help ensure your satisfaction. We appreciate your consideration, Ms. Samsung

Q: Questionwhat does "dc" mean on the wash cycle? On a recent load, when there were 12 minutes left in the cycle, the signal sounded and the display read "dc". I opened and shut the door and pressed start, but the same thing happened. The items did not spin and were dripping wet - and there was a small puddle left in the washer. Do you know what has happened? Thanks!
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Per washer manual. Unbalanced load prevented your washer from spinning. Solution. Redistribute the load, press the Start/Pause button.
