“what does "dc" mean on the wash cycle? On a recent load, when there were 12 minutes left in the cycle, the signal sounded and the display read "dc". I opened and shut the door and pressed start, but the same thing happened. The items did not spin and were dripping wet - and there was a small puddle left in the washer. Do you know what has happened? Thanks!”

Per washer manual. Unbalanced load prevented your washer from spinning. Solution. Redistribute the load, press the Start/Pause button.
