My wife is happy and that's all I need to know. She does most of the laundry and our last washer was on it's last leg. It wobbled, knocked, and leaked. She was very excited to get a new washer regardless, but having one as nice as this, was icing on the cake. This washer, is quiet, efficient, has a self-cleaning cycle, uses steam. It has all the features we could ask for and more. As long as it lasts a long time, I will continue to give it a 10.

We have had this washer for a couple months now and it seems to be a great machine so far. It is amazon how little water it appears to use compared to our top loader. Will it ever pay for itself probably not bit I feel good about using less water and for the Black Friday price we paid it seems to be a great unit. The only complaint i would have is when the washer locks it is pretty loud, i actually thought something was wrong the first time I heard it but it is normal. Time will tell.

This washer has nice quality to it, it's eco-friendly, doesn't use a lot of water, SUPER QUIET...it's nice to have all the different switches for heavy loads, delicates, quick press, steam clean and etc., Another thing I like is that it shows how long it'll take for the mode it's in to clean and when it is all done, a little jingle goes off and if it still hasn't been taken out for a few hours the jingle plays for a reminder.

I bought this washer after a brand new top load Maytag broke after only 2 years, I have a Samsung refrigerator and love it so thought I would try the washer. This machine gets the clothes perfectly clean with the smallest amount of water I have ever seen, if you are on a water meter this is for you! While the wash is running its cycle it is very quiet, sometimes I don't even know if its on, the only time the noise picks up is when it starts the spin cycle. There is the cutest little song at the end of the cycle to let you know it's done. I have not tried the steam option yet but can't wait too. I have the machine on ceramic tile and made sure it was level, at first when the spin cycle kicked in it would vibrate pretty good and get loud so I bought the anti-vibration pads to set under it, I feel like those where a waste, they really didn't seem to help. I really think its just when the spin cycle first kicks on the clothes are stuck on 1 side and once they get a little broken up it doesn't shake as much or make as much noise. Overall, I would recommend this washer to a friend. I have only had it a short time but hope it doesn't turn out like the junky Maytag I had bought before.

I am very pleased in the first month of ownership. So far this washer has tackled smelly fleece blankets, winter coats, pet bedding and every day laundry with great effectiveness. Some unexpected bonuses include quiet operation, high efficiency relating to water and detergent usage, and ease of operation. My last washer lasted over 20 years, and was still running, so it was very hard to part with it, after being told this one would not likely last anywhere near that long. But I needed a dryer, so it made sense to replace both. In hindsight, it seems to be the right choice.

Buy this product! You will love it too! It was purchased after a complete. Remodel of our laundry room. Looks great and is very quiet. Clothes come out clean and the easy to learn controls are a welcome relief!

I am very satisfied with the Samsung washer. I did a lot of research online of different products and made this machine my choice. It was a good price for a front load, had the capacity I needed, is energy efficient, delivered & setup free in my home & does a good job cleaning with minimum water. I find the machine quiet, despite some saying it was noisy.

I looked around and did a lot of research before I purchased this washer/dryer. I had my eye on them for quite some time as they are rated one of the best/top washers/dryers. They went on sale and I got them for a great price. I don't know how I ever lived without them for so long. I also purchased the warranty. People have told me Best Buy warranties are totally worth it because if it can't be fixed they will replace it. I spoke to someone else who sold appliances for years elsewhere and he told me this product is the best. The only problem he ever heard about was the display panel going out after several years and frequent use. Easy to replace. Cost and energy efficient and super quiet too!

I had a washer/dryer that came with our house and I dreaded doing the wash - the cycles were long, the machines were noisy and they didn't do a good or efficient job of either washing or drying. Luckily, the washer broke (well, it did take 7 years) and I had to get a new set. These were on sale for much less than I had ever seen ($599)- plus you got more off if you bought the set - good timing for me. We've had them for less than 2 months and there are just 2 of us so we've not put them through a lot, but I am amazed at how much cleaner the clothes are and how much quieter the machines are. I usually use the short cycle for both washing and drying (about 1/2 hour) and those have worked well. I'm not a fan of the melody at the end of the cycle - goes on a little too long for me - but those can be turned off. I did not get the pedestals - they seemed quite expensive for what you get - and, while it would be nice to have the machines a little higher, it's not terrible without. I have had absolutely no issues with vibration from either machine. Delivery was on time and installation was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend this machine.

I love love this machine. I have four kids and a husband so with our old machine I would do laundry everyday! With this machine I can fit double of my old loads which decreases my time in half! I have more time to do the things I want to do! Here's an example, the first day I had 8 loads to wash (2darks, 2lights, 2towels, and 2comfortables) I did all this laundry in 5 loads!! It saved me hours and the cloth came out smelling great!! The only downside is you want to wipe the inner seal of the door to get trapped hair and water. I was told this helps from getting mildew. I do this on my last load of the day!

It is a great washer and i got it at a great price. i love the front loaders cause they clean better and vibrate less. the steam cycle feature is amazing. The controls and easy and I like the noise level is quite acceptable. It does increase my water bill too much and the size is big enough.

Really pleased with the front load. Saves water and is rather quiet for a washing machine. The spin cycle is great. The clothes come out practically dry. Really saves on drying time.

The washer is very quite me and my wife say in front of it for ten minutes just watching it. The machine is very efficient and does not seem to have any issues with removing tough stains.was also impressed with its capacity

Love this washer. Does everything!! You have a timer so you know when the wash cycle will be done, it saves water, it is big enough for everything and was on sale for a great price!!

We love this washer. Our water bill has dropped in half. We can finally watch TV and not have to crank the volume up high. We really like the little song it sings at the end of each cycle. The kids like it too. Only question is how to turn the end of cycle sound off. The manual implies you can't but the control panel has a "sound off" label. We use it 1 to 3 times each day and we've had it 2 months now and not had any mold or smell problems that some people complain about with front loaders. Very happy with it!

My wife and I bought the matching dryer washer set and both have been an outstanding purchase. This washer cleans really well and uses barely any water to do it. It is also so good at getting the water out of the clean cloths in the spin cycle that the dryer has to do a lot less work. Very happy with the way you put in the detergent and all the different cleaning settings. Only draw back is that at times when it is switching the spin from one direction to another it can get a touch noisy for about 20-30 seconds, but it is such an improvement over my previous appliances it isn't really a valid complaint. GREAT PURCHASE!

I wash at least a load a day so I was dreading our first water bill when I got the bill it wasnt high at all! Yes it takes a long time to wash the clothes but there is so little water left in the clothes after the spin that they are dry in 30 min. Its really quite too!!!! my only complaint would be the child lock its pointless because the power button still works so my kids can still turn it off mid cycle.

This washer is very quiet and cleans the clothes very well. The spin cycle really spins the clothes out. Very little water left in them so they dry quicker.

I have used this washer and the matching dryer for two months and I absolutely love them both. It doesn't beat up your clothes and it is very quiet. It spins so much water out that it doesn't take as long In the dryer. I would highly recommend this pair.

After waiting over 2 months for delivery, we love the new washer. Big door offers easy loading, steam cycle lets you wash at high temperatures. The washer makes a nice musical sound when the cycles are finished. (Nice pleasant reminder to change the load) We had to make room for the extra floorspace it required. Measure your space and look at the dimensions. So far so good. It is nice to have a washer again.
